"Alpha, Gael has opened his eyes and he is also speaking. He seems to be fine now." Erik said quickly.Hrolf's face creased in a wide smile when he heard the news about his son. His foul mood disappeared immediately and happiness coursed through him. He was so excited that he forgot about punishing Ashina and walked out of the cell in the direction of his room.Ashina sagged back against the wall and she felt so relieved. Finally, he was awake! Hrolf gave Gael a long stare. A servant had brought the food into his room and although it was before him, he didn't touch it. He was staring squarely at his father, his lips set in a hard line. "Why are you being like this?" Hrolf sighed, breaking the silence."I won't eat it until Ashina is released." Gael maintained his stance, giving his father an unwavering look."Gael, you have to eat to be strong." Hrolf held his hands, they were so cold.His son had gotten his stubbornness from him no doubt. Gael looked away, refusing to listen to anything his father had to say.He didn't want to succumb no matter what his father said. He missed Ashina and hearing that she was still locked up because of him, because of his carelessness made him feel guilty. "Just do this for me, please Daddy." Hrolf walked into the cell with a smile on his face. He darted his eyes to a corner where Ashina rested her head on the wall.He studied her sleeping frame for some minutes watching how her chest heaved as she snored softly. "Let's go." Hrolf rushed out of his study with Cassie trailing after him.As he dashed to they ran down the stairs, he wondered why they had a breach again. He rushed to the labyrinth. It was dark but almost immediately a familiar sight greeted them. About ten wolves circled the place. Hrolf gritted his teeth, soaking in their figures."Make sure one of them is caught."
