I glance at the time, then back at my bag, checking it for the third time.

“You have already checked that.”

Peter says flatly and I look at him.

“Yeah, I know.”

“And you are doing it again, why?”

He asks, arching a brow at me. I straighten, gripping the strap tightly.

“I just want to make sure I didn’t forget anything.”

I say shrugging and Peter snorts.

“You are going to Scott’s pack for Christmas, not going to war.”
