Alvin Donald's POV

"I am sure I told everyone that no extra charges would be taken from the vendors who are coming from across borders to sell their materials. Why am I hearing that we still ask them to pay 30% of their revenue?" I asked as I walked through the market.

"The thing is, the finance minister said this way we will be able to have more revenues for us. They have no choice but to come here if they want to sell their materials to the largest market in the world, and we should take advantage of it," The guard said, and I gritted my teeth when I realized it was one of my man's faults again.

Taking a deep breath to calm my anger, I was about to ask the guard to start a new system when I smelt it, the most attractive scent I've ever smelt in my whole life.

'Mate,' Kelvin growled inside me, and I froze in my steps, clenching my fists as I turned around in the direction from where the smell was coming.
