She cannot meet him.

Soren

The fire incident was something we needed to discuss, especially its origin.

So, I called a meeting, inviting all the Alphas and Elders of the South.

There was no evidence to show that it was the Frostborn that attacked, as no one saw any signs of them, but one thing we were all happy about was that none of them had a serious injury, except for the smoke that was choking them.

We were so thankful to the night watchers that had spotted the smoke and immediately rushed to the scent to rescue the warriors; otherwise, no one knew what would have become of them.

Some of the elders came forward and addressed the situation, some giving their views on it and how it could be prevented.

One of them said the only way this could be prevented was not to send any more warriors to the West for any reason, but that was an impossible task given that we had to tackle this thing right from the root, and if not, every one of us would be destroyed.
