“You already know about this, don’t you?” There was no point beating around the bush.

“Know about what, child?” He looked at me, confused.

“He doesn’t know Soph, I am the only one that does. Although I suspect that Asher’s beast knows about it, but he hasn’t told Asher yet.” Bria confirmed with me.

“Sorry Alaric, seems you don’t know, but I think you need to know because I need you to look out for my babies.” My voice sounded firm even to me. My strength was building, and I had a feeling that my babies were going to be here soon, so I needed to start putting plans into place.

“What are you talking about, Sophia? Something is changing in you. I can sense it. What is happening?” He sounded concerned, which in all honesty he should be, because I had just accepted my fate that I have to die.
