Chapter 30 - Seduced

Third Person's POV

A man walked with his men behind him. His hands clenched as he stared at the door of his office.

He looked out of the window and then growled as he slammed his fist on the face of the man standing beside the door.

“How could you be so reckless? Why weren’t you able to keep her safe? I told you to keep an eye on her didn’t I?” he seethed as he kicked him on his knees.

The poor guy bit his lip to prevent himself from making a sound as he stumbled on the ground.

Hendry glared down at him contemptuously.

Hendry was stressed out and furious to find out that the experimental life inside the guard dog, Cynthia, was dead.

He had thought that her condition was not that critical because of the incident a month ago but it turned out that the guards were not observant enough to find out that she was really having a hard time recovering.
