Marlie was dragged outside by two guards, towards a car that sat in front of the building. She was placed inside, both guards taking a seat on either side of her. The lady from before sat in the front seat along with another man; the driver.
“The forgotten castle you say?”
“Yes…that one.”
“Alright.”
Marlie jumped when the car engine started, her eyes unfocused as she looked around at a world she had only seen glimpses of for 6 years.
The sun was bright, hung up in the sky like a halo of death, there were trees almost everywhere and other cars drove by, some swiftly, some slow. The car she was in, moved backwards the slightest bit, twisting towards the road and then it took off.
Marlie’s eyes were fixated on the blurred world that she could see through the windows, her hands gripping onto the seat for leverage. She knew this was a ride to another space of captivation, yet she couldn’t help but enjoy the air that bruised her skin.
It made her feel as though she was a butterfly, flittering freely through the wild and empty sky. The men beside her became nothing but a memory as she moved even closer to the window, trying to get a better view.
She wished she’d be able to see this every day, but she knew luxury such as this wasn’t available to mere slaves. Sighing, she leant back, burying her hands in her lap. She shouldn’t look forward to this, because living as free as a butterfly was a dream that wouldn’t come through. She had already lost her wings or perhaps she was a caterpillar incapable of acquiring its wings.

Marlie had been dragged out of the car and inside the largest building she’d ever seen. In her innocent eyes, it had looked tall enough to touch the skies. There were multiple buildings behind it and a forest filled with tall trees and tall bushes. It was pretty, but nothing outside could compare to what she had seen on the inside before she was thrown like a doll into a room so high that it was hard to see what’s below.
She had seen golden decorations, a bundle of diamonds hanging from the ceiling and there was this machine, so shiny and pretty…it took her up so fast that she had found it hard to breathe. But now that she sat lonely in the room with a plate of food she had never eaten before and doors that were locked, windows that were barred and a heart that was beating way faster than it ever had…she did not know what to do.
Despite seeing food that made her tastebuds curious, she didn’t have the appetite to eat, instead, her eyes glided around the room, looking for something, anything to protect herself.
Marlie stood from her stoop, taking a better look around. There was a big bed in the corner of the room, furniture that barely had anything on them and a floor made of beautiful tiles…unlike what she was used to.
There was nothing useful in this place; no knife, no wood that she could sharpen, no scissors, no…
Marlie turned towards the plate of food, quickly picking up the metal fork inside. The edges weren’t really sharp, but if she utilized it well enough, it’d do some damage. The lycan king had better not forget that she had promised to kill him that night and she wouldn’t stop trying until she succeeded, so he’d better kill her before that happened.
With shaking hands, Marlie shoved the tray from the door way and took its place; sitting down with the fork in her lap. She’d wait for his return, after all, he didn’t bring her here just to show her how well he was living.
The wait continued for hours, but Marlie did not move. At some point, even her legs were cramped and her body stiff, but a few stretches and she was good again. She waited until the room was pitch black, completely swarmed by the night that had taken over the world…and it was then that she heard movement from the outside.
She gripped the fork tighter, standing to her numb feet. The knob; she heard when it twisted and her heart started to beat even faster. The door creaked as it was pushed open, light from outside drifting inside, highlighting the fact that the person who had just now opened the door was the enemy she had been waiting to fight.
She ran forward, pulling her hand back before powerfully hammering it forward towards his neck. A frightened gasp left her lips when instead of being planted deep into his throat, the stupid fork was buried inside his fist.
She staggered back, blending in with the darkness as the door closed behind the cruel man, blocking the light from outside. “You would’ve caught me if I wasn’t prepared.”
A clicking sound was heard and immediately after, lights came on. The smile on his face was the first thing she saw, that same sick smile he had given her that night. He stepped towards her and Marlie tripped over her own feet when she tried to move away. “P-Please…I…”
“Please what?” He stooped in front of her with a chuckle. “You made a foolish decision my little human…one that you will indeed get punished for. I came here in a good mood, but now knowing that the woman I was so happy to see is trying to kill me spoiled it.”
He grabbed at her hair, pulling her to her feet and Marlie cried out. “Let go!”
“Come here…” He dragged her to the bed, sitting her on his lap before twisting her face towards him. “Tell me beautiful, how should I punish you for such insolence?”
“Come here…” He dragged her to the bed, sitting her on his lap before twisting her face towards him. “Tell me beautiful, how should I punish you for such insolence?” “D-Don’t.” “As if I’d miss the opportunity.” His hand inched her dress up, making Marlie shiver in dismay. “D-Don’t.” “What? Is that all you know how to say now? Where has the fire in your mouth gone? One touch and you become cold?” His hand tugged at the fancy drawers she wore, and Marlie shakily grabbed it. “Stop it.” “Why? You still don’t want to be touched by a disgusting creature like me?” “Yes…t-that’s exactly it.” “Well, that’s too bad, you’re completely mine now…my personal slave and so I’d suggest you start behaving.” His voice became colder at the end, deeper, scarier and his eyes too, in fact his whole expression changed, there was nothing playful about it, even that sadistic smile was missing. “I can handle everything else, in fact your fiery personality intrigues me…but you trying to kill me is not imp
He pulled back, taking something else from the box, it was of the same pink color as the thing that was now planted inside of her, and relaxed fixedly against her clit. “Brace yourself…little angel.”Those were his last words before he pressed a button that had Marlie shivering with a loud cry. She didn’t know how, but whatever was inside of her was vibrating against her walls and against her clit. It felt weird and yet she…Marlie gripped the sheets, writhing against the soft material as pleasure tore through her. Her toes curled, her head flung back, and her moans were loud enough to surprise even her. “M-Make it stop…! Please…I…”From above her, she heard the man chuckle, his hand grabbing her face to secure her attention to himself as he leaned closer. “It feels good, doesn’t it? Why would you want it to stop? Or do you perhaps mean turn it up?”He pressed at the device in his hand again and Marlie’s eyes rolled to the back of her head. She wasn’t supposed to be moaning like a b*t
Marlie hobbled behind Zhander, her hands still in his as they entered a building that was just a tad bit smaller than the one she was in before. The doors were wide open and low music was buried beneath the chattering of the many people who were on the inside. They were all dressed elegantly, men wearing suits and ties and women wearing fancy dresses. They were drinking wine, eating food, enjoying their lives while humans had to live their whole life suffering. It was unfair, equality was something this world lacked, and it was only sad that humans lived on the inferior side of it.“Be good…”Those were Zhander’s last words before he walked her beyond the doors and into a place she was now scared to be. To dwell against the same people who’s been holding her kind captive for years was torturous, and the fact that they were celebrating it made this all even worst.“Zhander…! I see you’ve made it…everyone has been waiting for your arrival.” Somebody walked towards them; a man thick in b
Marlie’s steps took her up the stairs; slow and cautious. Her hands were sweating by her sides, her lips pursed in worry. Zhander would kill her if he found her now, he had specifically told her not to leave his side. So why in heaven’s name was she here?Sighing, she walked up the last step, seeing nothing but a balcony barred off by railings. The black jacket she had tailed had somehow vanished, had she just imagined it? Was she following someone that wasn’t even rea~? Marlie gasped when an arm slithered around her waist, pulling her to the balcony that reigned mightily above the land. Her back was pressed against the wall and dark obsidian eyes hovered over her, staring so deep into her blue ones. “Who are you?” His face was a replica of Zhander’s and yet his voice wasn’t. It wasn’t as deep, wasn’t as scary, it was soft…gentle, and perhaps that’s why Marlie felt the need to answer. “A-A slave.” “Not that…I mean your name, what is your name?” “It’s Marlie.” His eyes, why were th
She shook her head frantically, lips quivering. “P-Please don’t.” “I shouldn’t, huh?” He pressed the button and Marlie gasped where she was crouched on the floor. “You should consider yourself lucky…if you weren’t such a special human, you’d be dead already. This isn’t even the highest level, want to experience it?” The buttons clicked again and Marlie’s fingers scraped pitifully against the floor, her body growing stiff as she trembled. The vibrations were higher than they were before, it quickly aroused the heat in the pit of her stomach, creating flutters she couldn’t control. There were moans fighting to slip through her mouth, but Marlie would not let them out. She had embarrassed herself enough already, and then this…? Her fingers clenched, her back leaning against the walls as she looked up into his dark and unrelenting eyes. “Stop…make it stop.” “A human telling not just a werewolf but a lycan what to do? That sounds so ironic.” He stepped towards her, swiping his thumb acr
Marlie woke up in her new prison, wrapped in arms that were warm and would’ve been comfortable if she didn’t know who’s they were. Zhander’s… His face was the first thing she saw when her eyes fluttered open, and then her surroundings. His eyes were closed, and it was now that she wished she had that fork from earlier. She might’ve lost consciousness, but she vividly remembered what happened; the embarrassment, and most of all, his disturbing words and the anger he had poured atop of her head…anger that she did not deserve. Her body pushed away from him, her eyes casting around the room for something, anything. He was vulnerable now, he could easily be killed and there would be n~ “Human…? Are you awake now?” Marlie stiffened immediately, her head swinging back towards him. His eyes, they were open now and just as dark as they were at the celebration. With a heart that palpitated strongly, she pushed further away from him, a certain heavy feeling weighing her down as she shoved
When Marlie woke up the next morning, she was alone in bed and the room, it was completely empty. There was no Zhander, the only company she had was the sunlight that flooded through the curtains. She sat up, looking down at the thin, plaided pants she wore and the matching blouse. So he had really changed her clothes like he said last night, but how could only that ever grant her comfort?Sighing, she shuffled off the bed and walked over to the door, twisting the knob to see if they had mistakenly left it open. However, she was as unlucky as always because the door was indeed locked. Her eyes glanced around the room, seeing it for what it was. Another prison, only this one didn’t have bars, the walls weren’t dirty and it didn’t smell moldy and rotten. But it caged her just like the last one did, it had walls that barred her away from the outside and a door that she couldn’t unlock. She felt just as lonely too, the wind from the window was the only thing that whispered to her and the
Marlie hid the knife and the fork on either side of her hips, the waistband of her pants holding the cold metal objects in place as she was led outside of the room by the man from earlier. His hand was locked around hers as he brought her down the hallway back to that golden transportation device, the one that could take her ‘up’ as well as ‘down’. She hadn’t gotten used to it as yet, considering that she had only been in there twice. Its motion was confusing, and it made her feel uncomfortable in inexplainable ways, but it was a creative way of transportation, one werewolves were clever enough to come up with. The doors were automatic, letting them in as soon as they got close enough. The man beside her clicked some buttons and as soon as the doors slid shut again, the machine went down with a weird and annoying noise. It stopped in a minute or so and he led her out of it and towards the exit. Even though her eyes had looked past every corner in this place, it was still surprising
