Aurelia's POV.

Kaelen and Torin were waiting.

They had the look of people who had not sat down in a long time and had been arguing for most of it. Kaelen stood near the window with his arms folded across his chest, and Torin was beside the far wall with his jaw set hard and his eyes moving to the door the very moment we pushed it open.
