I walk through the tunnels of Kyklos, a Berreta M92 is clutched loosely in one hand while the other holds up my phone. Its flashlight illuminates the path.

Alex's clean-up crew was effective and except for blood stains on the walls, the tunnels looked as abandoned as they were thought to be. I haven't been in here since I was a child, even then they were not in use, so my being there at the time was out of childish curiosity and a bet from Alex.

Our dads finally decided to check the tunnels where they found us shivering, hungry and clinging to each other. After that day, we were made to learn how to navigate these tunnels just in case.

I never thought the day would come that I'd have to utilise that lesson.
