Chapter 55~Revenge

Eve's parents came to Seattle at night after Axel asked the hospital to call them.

Of course, Eve was not awake yet. She was still in her room and seemed reluctant to open her eyes, as if she didn't want to deal with the pain in her body.

For a moment, Axel hoped that she would stay asleep for the next few days, at least until the wounds on her body got better a little so that she wouldn't have to feel the pain. However, deep down, Axel knew that he was always praying and begging for her to open her eyes.
