That Snake!

Grey's POV,

Sitting on top of my car as i discussed business with Ren. My phone vibrated in my pocket and I ignored it, it continued to vibrated and Ren noticed I was not responding to the call.

"Your phone is ringing," he said and furrowed his brows. "Don't you know?" He asked when I didn't reply him.

"I know," i replied. "Let's finish with what we are discussing," I said, we resumed discussing and the phone continued to vibrate. Ren couldn't take it any longer and groaned.

"Can you please know who the caller is and why they are calling you?" He asked.

I removed the phone from my pocket and stared at the caller, it was Amelia, the wife of Lord Jack. I wondered why she was calling me and hopes she wasn't going to ask me to come and pick Mabel. I pressed the receive button and put the phone beside my ear.
