“Fine, I will tell you, but I don’t think there is much you can do with this information anyway.” She replied back. Darius didn’t like the idea of it at all, but Ian thought differently.
“You never really know until you try.” He replied back. Victoria exchanged a gaze with Darius and reassured him that it would be fine. Even if Ian had evil intention, she wanted to believe he wouldn’t try to make her life more miserable than it was already.
“Two days ago, someone made an assassination attempt on me when I was sleeping. It was something we never predicted. I almost got killed but managed to survive because I moved right when the bullet was about to hit me. It was a really close call.” She got the chills as she recalled what happened that night.
