Rose with a voice burning with anger: “Then why did you come here to see him kill me or help him?”

"I'm here", said Michael, paused, then sighed. "I'm here to keep the little boy safe."

The blood froze in her veins, and her face yellowed with dismay, "He knows, he knew about Aiden."
