CHAPTER 6

MIA'S POV

I stood there, my body still shaking with desire and fear. What had just happened? I couldn't believe that I had allowed myself to be controlled like that. Marco had taken advantage of my vulnerability, and I had let him. I felt disgusted with myself, but at the same time, a part of me wanted more. I wanted to feel his touch again, to experience that pleasure once more.

I had to find a way out, although that was very unlikely. I was in his large mansion and had absolutely no idea on what to do.

In a haste, I gathered my clothes that were lying helplessly on his marble floor and quickly clothed my naked body.

"Hey, Mia I suppose. I'm Nelly" I heard a feminine voice from behind me and turned around to see a middle aged woman who looked quite friendly, unlike the strict people I met earlier.

So she's Nelly, Marco mentioned…

I nodded, feeling a bit embarrassed to be caught in such a compromising situation.

"Hi, Nelly," I said, trying to keep my voice steady.

"Marco said you could show me around?"

Nelly smiled warmly at me, her eyes crinkling at the corners. "Of course, dear. Let's start with your room."

She led me out of the living room and down a long hallway, pointing out various rooms as we passed them.

"That's Marco's room," she said, pointing to a large wooden door at the end of the hallway.

"And this is your room." She opened the door to reveal a spacious and luxurious bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, a plush carpet, and a balcony that overlooked the garden.

"Wow," I breathed, taking in the opulence of the room. "It's beautiful."

"I'm glad you like it," Nelly said with a smile.

"Is there anything else you need, dear?" she asked.

I shook my head, feeling overwhelmed by everything that had happened.

"No, thank you, Nelly," I said softly. "I just need some time to myself."

Nelly nodded understandingly. "Of course, dear. If you need anything, just let me know by clicking the red button over there." With that, she left me alone in the room, closing the door behind her.

I stood there for a moment, taking in the beauty of the room and trying to process everything that had happened.

I couldn't believe that I had allowed Marco to control me like that. I felt violated and ashamed, but at the same time, a part of me longed for his touch again. I knew that I couldn't let myself do this, but my body seemed to have a mind of its own.

I walked over to the balcony, taking in the view of the garden below. It was beautiful, with flowers of every color and size. But my mind couldn't focus on the beauty of the garden. Instead, it kept replaying the events of the past hour, making me feel sick to my stomach. I couldn't believe that I had allowed myself to be taken advantage of like that.

I knew that I had to find a way out of this situation. But how? I was trapped in this mansion, with no way to contact the outside world. And even if I did manage to escape, where would I go? I had no family or friends to turn to, and I had no money or resources to start a new life. Maddie, my only family, was nowhere to be found and I was extremely worried.

I felt trapped and helpless, tears streaming down my face as I realized the gravity of my situation. But I knew that I couldn't give up. I had to find a way out, no matter how impossible it seemed. I wiped away my tears and took a deep breath, determined to come up with a plan.

As I stood there on the balcony, lost in thought, I heard a knock on the door, and I quickly wiped away my tears, trying to compose myself. Nelly entered the room, carrying a tray of food.

"I thought you might be hungry," she said kindly, placing the tray on the table.

"I don't know what you might like so I made spaghetti and meatballs." I forced a smile, grateful for her kindness.

"Thank you, Nelly. That's very thoughtful of you." Nelly smiled back at me, her eyes filled with affection.

"Um- actually… there's something I would like you to tell me" I said hesitantly.

"Sure, what's that?" she asked.

"Tell me about Macro. Who exactly is he?"

Nelly's expression changed when I mentioned Marco's name. She looked hesitant, as if she was debating whether or not to tell me the truth.

"Marco is a complicated man," she finally said, her voice low and cautious.

"He's the head of a powerful organization, and he's used to getting what he wants."

"What kind of organization?" I asked, feeling dread wash over me.

Nelly hesitated for a moment before answering. "Let-"

"Leave" A loud commanding voice interrupted her before she could continue.

As I looked back, Marco stood at the entrance, his gaze locked on me. A shiver coursed through my body as he approached, his eyes never breaking contact with mine.

"I thought I asked you to go, Nelly," he uttered, his voice devoid of warmth, his tone authoritative.

Nelly nodded, her eyes cast downward.
