Chapter Ten: Drinking My Sorrows

My heels clicked on the worn down pavement as I made my way towards the club parking lot. The warm air hit my bare arms as it soothed my nerves, It got to my notice the sun was trying to set meaning in a matter of time then it would be dark and the only thing that would be seen are the street lights and the open signs of bars which people go in and come out at every minute. I finally came to a halt when I caught sight of a tall man wearing all black with his hands folded in front of him and his back leaned against the wall, I scrutinized his body intensely then I made my way to the club. I could hear the vibration of loud music as my eyes peered around, not forgetting to notice the tons of people who were grinding against each other as a mood changer song was being played by the DJ.

I walked through the crowd with slow steps as I perceived the unpleasant smell then I made my way over to the bar where I saw a bartender standing as though he had been informed about my arrival.
