Jaylen sniffed trying to hold back the tears threatening to fall again, he didn't want to be seen as a weakling.

Jaylen really doesn’t like to remember how he had been humiliated by his own brother right in front of their parents and pack members with none of them standing up for him. The image haunts him every time.

None of them knew how hard it was for him to come to terms with himself and not see himself as a no good. He felt there was something in him that makes his loved ones stay away.

A year after he left home was the most traumatic times for him and to cap it all the communication was minimal. He couldn't call them and had to wait till they reached out to him. This was the reason behind him pouring all of his heart to getting good grades out of college and focusing on making his business top tier.
