The Nanny

Chapter one

Olivia (POV)

Hey, my name is Olivia Russo I'm 21. I grew up with 6 older overprotective brothers and an overprotective dad which I still call Daddy. My mother died when I was still very so I never knew her.

For the last three years, I've lived in New York with my abusive boyfriend Bash. In the beginning, when I meet him in high school, he was nice and sweet the best guy I've ever met but after we left school and I moved in with him he showed his true colors.

He lost the job he had because of the drugs and alcohol. He's kept going back in his life every day he disappears for hours and after a few days of asking and getting slapped, I just stopped asking. You see I'm a babysitter slash artist I get good enough money but he spends all of it. 

You also might be asking why I'm not leaving him or where my family is and why they don't do anything about the abuse 

Well here's the answer. My father told me it was a bad idea he warned me but I was stupid enough to follow my own heart. I still call them on their birthday and on holidays but I never told them or let them visit. And the reason I never left him is that I'm afraid. Afraid of what he would do if he found out where I am and what he will do if he caught me leaving. 

For the last three years, I had to watch what I say and Watch what I do. I had to be home in time, had his food ready, and get him his beer while he was sitting on the couch watching movies and sports crap. I had to be his slave and some days like today I just didn't give a crap. I feel like nothing and actually want to feel pain. 

I'm currently on my way to a tattoo shop. You see I'm a tattoo artist. I create people's tattoo's for them if I don't babysit.

"Hey, Olivia do you have it?" John (the tattoo artist) asked

"Yup right here," I said and show the new art

"Wow that is exactly what I want," Viper said

"You like it? I draw the snake a bit bigger than you said it should but I just thought since your name is Viper there should be a big viper in the tattoo," I said

"I love it. You are an amazing designer," he said

"Thanks but I have to go see you guys tomorrow," I said

"You just got here," John said

"You know Bash, John," I said

"Give me your phone," Viper said

I gave him my phone and asked, "Why?"

"When you need help getting away from him call me or John and we'll be there," he said

"Thanks," I said

"Why don't you just leave that loser anyway?" Viper asked

I just shake my head and said, "I'll see you tomorrow,"

"Bye Olive," they both said

When I got into my car I drove back to the apartment. When I got there I opened the door and Bash was on the couch asleep.

I quietly closed the door, went to the kitchen, and started dinner I placed the pot of water on the stove, and when I turned around to get the spaghetti Bash stood in front of me clearly drunk and piss

"Where were you slut?" He growled out

"After I was done babysitting the Jonhsons Twins I went to the tattoo shop to give John the sketch I drew," I managed to say without stuttering

"Didn't I tell you to come straight home?" He asked me getting more pissed at the minute

"I'm s-sorry," I said and lower my head

"Pathetic little bitch, just get the kicking food ready," he said, slapped my face, and left

When the food was finished I put it on a plate for him.

"Bash, the food is ready," I said and placed the plate on the table

"Where's your plate babe?" He asked from behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist making me freeze

"I'm-m not hungry right now," I said

"Then you don't get to eat until tomorrow night since you're not hungry," he said as he grabbed my hair and pushed me forward making me lean over the table

"No Bash, I'm not in the mood please," I said even knowing he doesn't like it when I say no

"What did you just say?" He growled

"I'm not in the mood," I said and was about to walk to my room when he grabbed my hair and slammed my head against the wall twice

When he let go I fell to the floor and he started kicking me

"You're nothing but a useless slut," he said after he stopped kicking me

I spit out blood and he went to sit down and started eating. I stood up and went to the bathroom. I changed out of my clothes and took a shower. As the water washed some of the blood away I looked at my bruises and wounds before slowly sliding down the tile wall as I cried thinking Why. After a while, I stopped, washed up, and got out. When I was done drying off I put on a short and a loose crop top before I went to lie on the bed

I was about to go to sleep when I heard the bedroom door open

"Babe?" Bash asked

"Yeah?" I asked and look at him

"Go get me another bottle of alcohol," he demanded

"Bash I'm in my sleepwear already I'll go get you one tomorrow," I said

"Go get me a fucking bottle," he demanded again

"Bash," I said

As soon as his name left my mouth he grabbed my hair and dragged me to the door. He throws me against the wall making me fall and before grabbing my hair and pulling me up and he started punching me as he pulled my hair. Punching me over and over again making me scream in pain and groan. 

"Stop Bash," I screamed in pain

"Shut up bitch!" He yelled back and punched me in the face

When he finally got tired of punching and kicking me he let my hair go and he looked down as he smirked.
