Helen was surprisingly well rested. Not that she looked it though. Her night had only lasted less than two hours. Even through the heavy make-up, you could still see her puffy eyes and unrested face. Her hair had been styled into an updo bun, her lips, touched with red lip color and her neck, ordained with luxurious ornaments. Her heart pounded fast as her maidservants all gathered around in her chambers, preparing her for her day. There was no turning back now. The knock on her door cut her loose of her thoughts."Your majesty? The guest has arrived." The guard announced."Of course." "So?" Aiden's eyes shone with excitement as he asked. Fiora arrived back home when she met Aiden already in expectance of her. She'd just only began to speak before he bombarded her with series of questions. "What did she say? Did she believed any of your story? Wait, did you even meet her, Fiora?" Fiora said, agreeing with Clement. There were two separate rooms, one which they spared for Fiora—the smaller room—then the other where Sif, Clement and Gregoria slept in. Returning to the castle, Fiora had already prepared herself for the worst. She had quickly rushed home earlier, telling them all what had just happened. Clement gave a brief detail on all he knew about Baron Daegal while Sif just stared and watch with a paused lips. When she arrived, the guards welcomed her more warmly. They led her through the same path she used to follow, straight down to the throne room. She paused, hoping to had seen Baron Daegal sitting already, but instead to her wildest surprise, found two good looking young men, with Helen out of sight. One of these men was very familiar."You've arrived," said one of the men, to Fiora, the less attractive one. He was less attractive because he had every features of her—slender in a way, bright hazel eyes that madness ran through, and a face straight from hell. "I'm so sorry for your loss," Aiden said to Fiora with a saddened heart. They went home together that morning just after midnight, and on getting there, they all had a quick meeting. Clement mentioned to them of Helen's purpose and gave Fiora tactics she could use to face her. He kept to himself all day and only decided to spill until they were all completed. The twin were with Gregoria, pretending to had been fast asleep. It was maybe only three and half hours past midnight when Asmi had asked why Gregoria cried to bed, since she saw dried tears on her cheeks.Clement barked they left her in peace, then decided it was time to give her her morning dose for her illness. He advanced to where she was laying and gently tapped her to wake her up. She did not move. He did so again and again. Then it hit him. Gregoria was not one to fall into deep sleep, especially since her ailment came back. Sif and Fiora exchanged a disheartening glare as they both slowly advanced to where Clement was.

"I'm so sorry, Fiora." Clement began to say. "It was my intention to help you as my own child and reclaim the throne. But I also wanted to help my son.""But you all would abandon me," "Not anymore." Some minutes later and Aiden was escorted out of the palace. He had no excuse to give other than series of apologizes. He was sorry she had to find out about his identity like that. Fiora could process all he'd explained except for one fact. He was going to be married to some daughter of Chief Makolo. She asked if they'd ever see each other again and he couldn't give a pleasing reply. That was when the royal guards arrived to take their master's son. In the blink of an eye, he too was gone. Helen's eyes were swollen from all the tears she'd been shedding. She feared all of her nightmares were coming to past. Of course they were enough reasons as to why such thinking would torment and haunt her. Starting with why she had chosen Fiora to stand against Ropert, instead of her. It was so stupid and selfish of her. It wasn't that Helen was so much scared of Ropert, but if things hadn't gone fine, she would have no choice than to result to her last resort. By the next day, Ropert's death would be announced to the council. Yet, why had she trusted Fiora more and expected a better result from her?It was true. She was a weakling. I grab my softest sweater, my favourite, and ball it up. I bend down, arranging my face into something I hope is friendly, then wrap his arms around it. He holds it while I walk away to the vault.
