The entire cabinet was meeting with President Collins, discussing the actions to be taken, when Secretary Raymond Murphy's cell phone rang, and Collins seemed disappointed, the meeting had not advanced much. Murphy answered the call, and within seconds of listening to the speaker he got up as if driven by a spring and with a surprised expression on his face, his eyes wide.
