Chapter 10- The Execution
It was the following àfternoon and the Kingdom was littered with its people. Some had travelled long distances to come and behold today's activities. The Queen Mother had hinted that there would be a huge announcement about the Princess' future today. Additionally, it would be the day when commoner would be executed for an abomination against the kingdom.

Jake's mind raced, what was happening? Was he dreaming? He glanced around the room and sure enough, Dohana was sound asleep next to Jake. Her beautiful dress lay on the ground. The dinner table was decorated with red roses, peals and red rubies stones. It was the most romantic setting Jake had ever prepared himself. "Dad, Mum, what are you talking about?" Jake asked, he had impulsively stood up as he stared at them.A young lady rushed towards Jake while tapping her phone and showed the screen to Jake.Frowning, Jake shuddered as he stared at the screen. Beautiful and clear pictures of Jake and Dohana at the table having drinks, at the dance floor, while they running up the stairs to the top deck of the yacht, then a picture of them half naked swimming at the pool and drinking alcohol. Dohana laid on her bed face first, tears strolled down her cheeks. Jake had openly rejected her. Her prince charming had rejected her infront of his parents. Dohana was completely devastated.
