BEN POV

Standing on the porch waiting for the Royals has never felt this nerve-wracking. I know the twins are aware of Chelsea, but I don't know if they know about Sasha and I. Honestly, Ace and I would welcome any kind of physical pain they have to offer.

"How are you feeling. The head good," Vince asks, cutting into my depressive state of mind.

"Yeah, man. You know how it is that injury to my prefrontal cortex never really healed. I just got overwhelmed for a second. Ace is pissed he can't heal it. Are you trying to force small talk on me," I ask while shooting him a glance.

"Yup. Your mate is missing, and her parents are about to disembowel all of us. I'm just glad you disclosed the information to Chelsea already," Vince states, and I nod my head as we both watch the pack vehicles pull up.

Did I have to finish the book on that day. I am really enjoying this book and need to know will I still be able to continue reading it at the rate I was offered.
