CHAPTER 50 - A Father's Advice
Clayton watched as Amarah gently treated the wound that his father had sustained through an accident a few hours ago when Mr. Langston took his usual morning walk along the woods on an early Saturday morning.
From what he understood, his father decided to take a different route from his usual path and being a bit unfamiliar with the grounds he went and not informing Clayton about his change of activity, he had accidentally stepped on a trapped that the pack members had laid out. Thankfully it wasn’t a metal clamp or claw that could have been much damaging. However, Mr. Langston had tripped and hit his head on the boulder a few feet away.
