Auriana's POV

“Where are we,” I asked, my eyes darting around the room.

“We're in a safe place,”he reassured, bringing me to sit on the bed. It was a room.

I stared at the room. It looked quite small with just a bed, cupboard and a small couch. I wondered where this place was. Everything around me seemed different. I couldn't explain it but it didn't feel like the world I've been used to. I took in the scent of the room which smelled just like Lennox, was this his room? If it was then it made me somehow nervous.

I stared at his face, searching for any sign of pain but I didn't find any. He looked better now but his breath wasn’t stabilised. I saw him close his eyes for a bit like he was trying to reach out to something or someone and the next minute, the door clicked open with a stranger stepping in. He looked really tall, a long scar cutting across the middle of his face. His long black hair that rested along his neck and he looked quite bigger than the average human. I couldn't tell
