Victor's POV

Abel didn’t flinch, only squared his shoulders, his eyes steady on mine. “I don’t know exactly, Alpha. But I know very well that a new crisis is already brewing in the shadows because of Camilla.”

I ran my hand over my jaw, feeling the rough scrape of my stubble. My head felt too full at that moment.

“She never stops,” I muttered quietly.

Abel said nothing. He didn’t have to.

My mind drifted to all the ways she had twisted my world. My deepest regret, the one that never let me sleep, was how many times I had actually hurt Selene because of Camilla. And she had played her part so perfectly. Always looking up at me with big eyes full of tears and lies.

I could still remember the first time she went to my mother and sister, holding that stupid gold necklace and swearing she had seen Selene slip it from her dresser. My mother’s face had gone red with rage, and my sister had spat at Selene’s feet. I… I, too, had believed her.

When Selene tried to defend herself, I told her to

Selene's POV Slowly, I walked forward, like I had all the time in the world. The room was dead silent, with every single person staring at the phone in my hand like it held the moon itself.I didn’t stop until I stood right in the middle of the room, not far from the smug little pack of liars who had spent the last few minutes painting me as the villain. I tilted the phone screen towards the hall and tapped the video.

  • The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress   Chapter 111

Selene's POV The warrior ignored my question and just forcefully grabbed my arm, dragging me along without a word.“Let go of her,” Leena cried from behind, trying to stop him. “She’s not going anywhere with you!”He didn’t even glance back. “She doesn't have a choice.”

  • The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress   Chapter 110

Selene's POV It had been several days since I shut down Lisa and her pack of cowards. Finally, real peace had finally returned to the little corner of my world. No one stared at me with judgement. No one whispered behind my back. Lisa and the others hadn’t come near us since. I stretched under the cozy blanket, the warm morning light slipping through the curtain. The tiny cot had never felt more inviting. Outside, I could hear birds chirping, and there was no yelling, no rushing, no banging of doors. Just peace.A faint smile played on my lips, and for the first time in what felt like weeks, my body didn’t feel like it was at war with my soul.Suddenly, there was a soft knock and before I could answer, the door creaked open.Leena stepped in, balancing a tray in her hands.“Good morning, Lady Selene,” she greeted gently, the same way a sister might speak to a child. “I didn’t want to wake you too early.”“I was already awake,” I whispered, slowly pushing myself up. My belly was beg

  • The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress   Chapter 109

Selene's POV No one moved for a moment. Then I heard snorts and mocking little laughs.“Look at her,” one of the girls whispered. “Acting like a queen when she is nothing but a lowly waste.”“She’s weak,” another sneered. “I’m sure he’ll break with one blow.”I didn't say anything because it was no use wasting breath on children pretending to be wolves. The Omega Head gave a cruel grin. “End her pride.”One of the girls cracked her knuckles, while another took a fighting stance. One by one, they all followed. Fourteen, or maybe fifteen of them. Every single one looked ready to attack me.I remained unfazed and instead gestured at them with one finger, whispering, "Show me what you've got.”That was all it took. They charged at me together, wildly and loudly. But as the werewolf princess, I had trained for storms. In fact, I was destined to face them. The first girl came in from the left eagerly, thinking she would surprise me. I quickly turned, caught her arm, and spun her around. Sh

  • The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress   Chapter 108

Selene's POV We moved quickly, though every step made my lower back twinge with pressure. I knew this wasn’t safe. I knew Leena was right because the first months of pregnancy were fragile. But how could I sit and do nothing when the people who hurt her were laughing somewhere?“Here,” I said, pulling my phone from my coat pocket and handing it to her. “Record everything. If I can’t shut their mouths with words, I’ll use this.”“Lady Selene, are…”“Just do it. We deserve to be heard.”As we turned the corner and came down the gravel path, I saw Lisa and her little circle of loyal Omegas. They were gathered on the grass near the old training platform, laughing like they didn’t have a care in the world. Lisa stood in the center, tossing her hair and waving her hands dramatically like she was giving some kind of performance. Her voice echoed through the courtyard, and the closer I got, the louder it became.“Poor Selene ,” Lisa was saying. “She still thinks Anthony will fall for her lit

  • The Rejected Luna,The Hidden Heiress   Chapter 107

Selene's POV “Selene, wait…”I ended the call before Melissa could say anything else. My hand shook as I lowered the phone to the bed, but my attention was already locked on Leena. She had stood there in the doorway like she didn’t even belong to this world. Her eyes were wide, distant, and glassy, with her hair sticking to her face in messy strands. A trickle of blood ran down the side of
