Chapter Thirty Five

Narrator’s POV

               Irna left Allyssa behind and headed somewhere near the training grounds. She met her mate, Benedict Lambertine, and went inside their humble room.

“The human had awoken. She's calling out for Marina.”, she uttered as if reporting about an incident to her superior officer.

               The man headed towards the end of the bed and motioned her to come closer. They clung to each other with disturbing smiles on their faces.

“It’s time, then!”, he whispered in his mate's ear that made her giggled childishly.

               They had kissed for a long time. They seemed to be having the best of their time. Suddenly, Irna remembered her secret mission. She pushed her
