Chapter 4

And the day came.

When it got dark and she looked at herself in the full-length mirror with those clothes on so exhibitionist, she felt crushed by the feeling of guilt that was already present in her system. Her tailored lingerie made her feel disgusted. What was going on with her? The pressure was great, yet she pushed herself to keep going. She had no choice but to do it. She put on a coat over her clothes, so she waited for Rashid, who would come looking for her around ten o'clock, from there they would go to a hotel.

Her hands trembled as well as her whole body, it was not her, but another person who occupied that place. She repeated herself over and over again, perhaps to lessen the guilt, that she only did it for her mother.

She left the house when she heard that horn that sounded non-stop, it was the Arab. She was about to happen, about to be deflowered by that specimen of a man. When she got into the car, the perfume of the person alluded to her killed her, it was so strong, she smelled of all that, of a random desire of hers, of that night unknown to her.

“We're going to have a lot of fun, Victoria, Get rid of that face, I'll take you to heaven, you'll see,” she winked at him before setting off and leaving her with the arrhythmia on a flight.

“Do you think I'm already pregnant?” she inquired after a while, feeling that every part of her being was going crazy.

“I also want to go, I'm not going to spend the night here”

“Stay, we already take a high risk of being seen when we enter, it's best to be more careful and thus avoid being seen together” he said, serious and demanding.

He clung to the sheets that covered her nakedness. The man admitted that the young woman herself was very pretty, even with all her hair disheveled over her shoulders, she was beautiful.

He shook his head at all the thoughts running through her head. He couldn't think about that, she was just a young woman that he shouldn't give the slightest importance to, except for being the mother of her future son, he would make an exception for those months. He began to get dressed and after saying goodbye he left her alone.

Victoria sucked in a breath and tried not to cry. But she was already crying her eyes out. Between tears and more tears she ended up falling completely asleep. The next day she woke up to the rays of light that filtered through the huge windows in her room. She squeezed her eyelids shut before trying again to blink several times to get used to the light. She got to her feet and prepared to leave.

When she was in the elevator her call came, it was that millionaire with whom she had spent a different night marking a before and after in her life. She didn't want to take it, she thought too long before sliding her finger on the screen of her mobile and answering it.

“What's happening?”

“Good morning, Victoria, say hello first, be polite” she snorted.

“I'm already on my way home”

“¿I said I’d pick you up, that you did not understand?”

“You? In any case, you said last night that you would send a car for me”

“Yes, I'm down here and I can assure you that you haven't left, so stop lying to me and hurry up”

“This is not part of the contract, nowhere in what I have signed does it say that you are going to handle me as you please, much less are you going to tell me what I should do”

Let me remind you, Victoria, that you are probably pregnant and that is already a compelling reason that gives me the right to have an opinion on what you do or let you do.

“What happens? I can calmly go home without needing you to take me, and I'm going to do it, I'm not going to get in your car”

“I'm not asking you for a favor, it's an order” So obey, she couldn't believe it, what was missing from that guy, that he believed he had the right to do what he wanted with her, she hated so much that he would take such a dare, she hated him.

She tried to stay sane, she wasn't going to lose her to this guy and his demanding way of being. He was a jerk and she would have to deal with it.

She hurried to get down, indeed, there was a sports car parked on the outskirts. Unlike yesterday, coming from such a wealthy man, she wasn't surprised that he had several cars. So she supposed that it would be that one, as she got closer she blew a horn, so she confirmed that it was indeed him. She soon boarded as co-pilot. He just wanted to get home and feel safe, unfortunately the danger was still by his side.
