It was in the evening when I heard a knock. Just a faint tap that I wouldn't have heard if I wasn't in the living room. I knew it wasn't Tom and Pete so I made no attempt to move from where I was sitting.

Worse, it could be Tyson.

I stood up, ignoring it and going to my room but paused when another faint tap came with a voice, "Hello? I'm a new pack member and would like to ask some questions."

It was a woman's voice. I turned, taking slow steps towards the door when I heard her again.
