Read 69% and frustrated! The time jump didn't make sense but worse, the motives and handling of the criminals are so dumb and flimsy! It's so amateur. I'm getting disappointed and struggling to finish the story. Why is the FL so weak? Her friendship with Charlotte doesn't make any sense. 'sigh'..

Okay, what is it with the time jump? They are newly weds and have their real honeymoon in Bali and suddenly they have their 1 year wedding anniversary?? Is the FL really that weak only sleeping, painting and shopping for a year? It doesn't make sense, nobody keeps someone that long in captivity.

I really enjoyed reading this story. it was interesting and full of exciting cliffhangers. recommend it. also, I can't wait to see what happens btw Jessica and Charles in the next book.......
