Mabel nodded. She sat in the car on tenterhooks as she waited for Giselle to return.

The bar was newly renovated, and it was slightly different from the ones Giselle had previously visited.

It would be more accurate to call it a lounge bar. It did not have a large dance floor, typical of regular bars. All it had was a podium where musicians could play and sing.

It had officially opened the day before, and the patrons who were sitting at the bar and drinking during the day were all young men and women.

There was a convivial atmosphere.

Giselle sent Harry a message that read, "Which floor are you on?"

Harry replied, "Giselle, I'm on the second floor. I'll come out and get you."

Giselle climbed up the stairs and bumped into Harry, who had come out to meet her. Harry looked behind her. "Didn't Madam Jett come with you?"

"No." Giselle then asked, "Has everyone arrived?"

"Yes."
