“Wow, what a great day.”
I say to Laila as she stands beside me. We've just witnessed the wedding of Jake and Erin, and it really has been a fabulous day. It's so good to see Erin so carefree with Jake and him so obviously in love with her.
Laila grins as she replies.
“Yes, it was. They look so happy together.”
After being covered in confetti once again, Jake walks over to us, smiling as he says.
