The Inspector was walking down the aisle with the constable following behind. Three months had passed and still no tangible results for his superiors. The bank robber disappeared from his presence and he could not account for where she was. He tried all the contacts he had both local and international. Nothing seemed to work. There was no trace of the young woman. A day after Tamara was seen leaving the airplane in Tanzania, he had personally flown to Dar-es-Salaam and started the trail from there only to hit a dead wall in Syria.

It was the first time in his entire life to have been beaten by a lone robber. A robber seemed to have done her homework thoroughly well.
