My dad’s favorite dish is steak. Very picky pa siya kung paano ito niluto. Gusto niya kasi medium rare which is warm ‘yung outer part, reddish naman sa center.
Nilagyan ko ng salt at pepper ang steak at nilagay ko na ito sa frying pan. 2 minutes each side ang pagpa-fry dahil medium rare ang gusto ni Dad. Pagkatapos maprito ay nilagay ko na ito sa plate.
