I had pushed myself harder today than I had the previous week, if that was even possible. I was exhausted and just grateful to have time to shower. The sauna at the lodge that had usually done wonders for my sore muscles just left me feeling dehydrated and even more tired.
Seth had suggested a massage, but I wasn’t interested. I just wanted to sleep.
