A FEW DAYS LATER:

The past few days have been filled with radio silence, and I didn’t even know what to say or do anymore. It was days like this that I was I had some type of guidance from my parents but they hadn’t spoken to me since both them and Jones family came to the house that night.

I was appalled that my mother despised Hannah to the extent that she wasn’t even excited to see her grandchildren. I knew 𝙼𝚛 and Mrs Jones hated Hannah as well but not even hearing that they have grandchildren could even soften them up.

What could she have done to make them that upset?

Words couldn’t describe how horrible I felt that night when they were snapped at me. I really just wanted to throw a fit or break down into tears, as just as they blamed me, I blamed myself even more. I wish I wasn’t so addicted to alcohol then, I wish I wasn’t so obsessed with getting Janet that I was blinded and couldn’t see a gem in front of me.
