Leonardo's POV

This woman was acting like a Vampire! Did it mean that after she absorbed Jenna's Vampire power, she was going to be a Vampire, too? But we Vampires had never been like this before! No one could be a Vampire unless we suck blood and then resurrect them! Could a hunter's ring hold all that power? I chose not to believe that the heart of Moonshadow could do this, nor would I. However, I DID watch her wounds heal immeasurably.

"You keep questioning her. I need to taste some new blood." I motioned to Emily for another round of torture and quickly left the dungeon myself.

Back in my room, I lay on the bed. Memoeries about the hunter came to me like tide hitting the shore. Her beauty, her dignity even in the face of torture, were deeply imprinted on my mind. To my surprise, Jenna's image was fading away in my mind,being replaced, step by step, by another shadow, and her image just vanished bit by bit!
