Chapter Five

After eating breakfast I asked Lia if she could give me a tour of the house while waiting for her master Caspian to arrive. It took us 6 whole hours to explore the inside of the house as the house was big and even had elevators. It was like a giant castle.

Everything she told me left me speechless as she told me the house had 45 bedrooms. She told me that the 35 bedrooms upstairs were for the 35 servants who lived here and the 10 bedrooms below were for Caspian and his guests.

I then asked her how many rooms does it have all together and she told me about a hundred. I didn't believe her then until she started showing me all the rooms one by one even though we did not finish all of them.

She first showed me the cinema room which contained a large screen and rows of comfy sofas in front of it. The next room looked like a game store filled with game machines everywhere and the next room we went to had a tennis court in it.

 I don't know about how many rooms I entered each with different hobbies or sports. What really fascinated me the most, was the club room that she showed me.

When we entered it was really dark so she turned on the lights and the whole room was filled with orange lights. The gobo lights created a party atmosphere by moving randomly and creating different shapes.

There was a huge dance floor in the middle of the room, a big stage in front containing music instruments and a small bar on the side.

I went to the stage straight for microphone as I could not resist it and I started singing. Lia joined me and started playing the guitar.  Soon we found ourselves with some audience of 20 servants who heard us singing.

We sang 5 songs for them then we went to the next room for more exploring feeling proud of ourselves.

When we finally finish exploring some of the inside of this big house my stomach started rumbling so we went to the kitchen to go get some food. The kitchen we entered looked like every chefs dream kitchen. It was a kitchen to literally die for and was as big as my own dining room.

We then met a chef in there who was busy cooking Spaghetti. He seemed like a nice person and I discovered his name was Leonardo. He came from Italy and I found myself liking his Italian accent.

He handed me and Lia a plate of spaghetti and I loved the taste of it which made me feel like licking my plate. We thanked him for the food then we went outside as I was tired of exploring the inside of the house.

The house itself was as big as the empire state building, I mean it literally when I looked at it from the outside. I asked Lia if I could explore more alone and she nodded as I could see she was getting tired.

Before I could go I first asked her the question that had been bothering me since we've explored the house. I asked her whispering so no one could hear us, "Is Caspian a drug lord?", I mean where else could this guy get all this money.

She first stared at me like I was crazy then started laughing. I just looked at her wondering why she was laughing then she told me that Caspian was not a drug lord but inherited all this money from his family business and that got me to relax a little.

Although I should have asked what kind of family business this was I was just in a rush to explore more ground.

I started with the front gardens which were magnificent and even contained a pond. I went to the back of the house and I found the largest pool I'd ever seen in my life .I avoided it at all cost because of my swimming phobia then I got Lia to take me back to that room I slept in as I still did not know the way.

When we arrived in the guest room I realized I was still wearing my clothes from yesterday. "Lia, I really need to take a bath and can I borrow some of your clothes to change." I asked her nicely.

"Sorry but all the clothes I brought here are maiden clothes." she answered me. Before I could say anything she added

 "Don't worry, Master Caspian has already sent someone to buy some clothes for you and if my guess is right they are already in the closet."

I open the closet expecting to see one outfit but instead what I saw really shocked me. The closet was full of designer clothes and I checked the tags only to see that one designer top that cost enough money to buy my whole closet at home.

I just knew if my best friend Stella was here she would have screamed herself to death but then I remembered I was still angry with her for shouting at me earlier. I found myself not knowing what to wear so I asked Lia to help me choose.

That girl had an eye for good clothes as she took out a beautifully designed white top and some gorgeous blue skinny jeans for me to wear. For the shoes she chose some cute brown leather boots adding a brown leather jacket on top.

She showed me were the bathroom was then left me as she said she had to attend to some of her other duties.
