Chapter Twenty Seven - Daniel's Truth

Eleanor's P.O.V

I entered my room yet again to spread the clothes I brought on the bed as quiet as a mouse but when I was half way through spreading the jeans, I heard Daniel yell from inside the bathroom.

"IF YOU WANT TO GO UNNOTICED NEXT TIME. TRY THE WINDOW! THE DOOR MAKES A CREAKY SOUND SO NO MATTER HOW QUIET YOU ARE. I KNOW YOU ARE IN THERE!"

Oh god! He knew! Eleanor, hurry. Get out of here. My subconsciousness warned me to run.

But, this is my house? I replied back, totally confused at it's suggestion. It's my house. My room. Why should I be the one to run out as if I'm a thief that was caught?

Fuck that! just get out of here.

Still confused about why I should run. I threw the jeans on the bed as I ran out of the room, deciding to heed the warnings provided by my subconscious brain.

I walked to the kitchen as I saw Henry and Petroka mumbling about something to one another. As soon as they took notice of me they stopped as both of them greeted me with a smile.
