Another version of the monster

Pathetic.

He said before his teeth sank into my neck. This time, I didn't fight it. All I did was fight the pain that threatened to take over.

He suddenly stopped.

“Pathetic.” He said the word I've got used to associating him with before he threw me to the floor.

“If I'm pathetic, you will let me go.” I narrow my eyes at him, “when father learns of this, he will surely come for me. And when he does, you will be crushed to dust.” I sat on the floor with my eyes narrowed squarely at him.

He laughed at my words, “you are nothing but a pathetic human.” He took a squat in front of me.

I tried to get away from him as far as I can, but it was impossible. The chains on my legs kept dragging me back.

He latched his hand to my throat. “Your father is just a pathetic human. He's nothing but dust under my feet.” He smirked, showing his fangs.

“Let me go, you beast!” I spat on his face.

His eyes changed colours immediately. The red orbs became so blood-red, it felt like blood was dripping down
