Chapter five

Karien's Pov

I was wondering what would happen next. So I peeked at their conversation till the end. I was expecting to get some information from them as well.

But I got what was most important to me, Debra. I got to know her and she was quite beautiful than I expected. What should I say? No regrets.

After some time I saw them taking her back, she didn’t seem happy. I could see the disappointments in her eyes. Maybe she had some task over here.

Who cares? She is going to be tortured by me. No need to care whether she is happy or not. She will end up dying anyway.

Whatever it was, I had to know about her so I followed steadily from the back. I can see few wolves guards murmuring, “ I don’t think she will be forgiven this time. What’s wrong with her?”

“This is her fifteen times already and I don’t know why she wants to escape from here so badly?” Another guard added.

What? Fifteen times but why? Why would any wolf risk go outside their territory? They know they can’t survive alone outside their territory.

And how can she even dare to think about running from here? She won’t be able to survive the outside world. They will kill her at once.

I have heard of few wolves who tried to come to Goldenwood for their stupid revenge and never returned to their home.

There was a lot of security, they were walking too quickly and it was not easy catching up with them. I was constantly searching for a place to hide as I was following them.

I can hear them backbiting Debra and I can still hear them from far. I can hear anything from 100 meters away since the day I was born.

So I was able to find them even I couldn’t catch up with them. After few hours of walk, there was a large old mansion. It was surrounded by high walls and an enormous gate at the front.

It indeed was a very old mansion, maybe 1000 years old. I can’t believe they live there. I heard werewolves live in caves and dens. How come they live in a mansion?

Fuck!!Why am I even thinking about this nonsense? You know Kieran you don’t have much time. And see you can’t even get inside the gate with all guards here.

So I stayed behind, waiting for clear passage. People were talking about how Alpha’s daughter is distress and dishonor to her own family and packs.

It’s gonna be dusk soon but I had no chance to get through that stupid gate. I was losing my patience.

But I controlled myself, remembering all these 20 years waiting for this day. Now I m here I can’t give up so easily.

And at that moment all the guards were a command to guard in front of Debra’s room but why? Don’t tell me she is locked inside her room.

What am I supposed to do now? How can I make her fall in love with me if she can’t get out of her room?

Now every door seems to be closed in front of me and that enormous door was nothing for me in front of Debra’s locked door.

Then all of sudden, I heard a voice, it was not clear as it was far from where I was. But after few moments I can hear that voice.

It was her, yes she was Debra. She was talking to herself about some uncle Thomas. I don’t know how she got out of her room but woowwww.

She impressed me completely. I tried to listen to her words more carefully. She was hoping if anyone would come to save her.

But her uncle was getting in her way outside the gate. She mentioned that her uncle was loyal to her Dad. Let see how will your brother reacts after letting his daughter run away in your presence.

Before that let me see how far she can wait. She has made me wait for the whole day, how can I just let her go easily. Blood for blood, time for time.

You have wasted my whole day and I m gonna waste yours. You better get ready for this my love. More pain is awaiting you.

So I let her wait for almost 3 hours. I would have let her wait for more few hours but she gave up just in 3 hours. Such a delicate wolf girl.

Anyway, it was my turn to play my character. I had no idea who was Thomas but I knew he was her uncle through her conversation to herself.

It was not hard insulting him as the stupid, useless and ugly werewolf cause he was each one of them. Who is his mate anyway? How can someone be mate of such an ugly creature?

Look at me, if I hadn’t had to hide, every vampire girl in Goldenwood would die to touch me. And who knows Blackwood’s she-wolf would fall for me too.

I, myself surprisingly can’t describe my beauty. It’s indescribable, indefinable…..

I can hear her giving me a gibberish name. Who would name a “savior stranger” to someone who saved you? Yuck…she spoiled my mood completely.

I shouldn’t have helped her but she helped me before and Karien Vincent never leaves his debt unclear. Now we are even.

Fuck!!! How did this stupid man over the wall so quickly? I need to get outta here before he gets me. You are lucky cause I have no intention to kill any wild doggies today.

Shit, where is she? How can she disappear so quickly? How am I gonna find her now? I kept up with my high speed but found her nowhere.

Did she teleport or what? I was wrong, I shouldn’t have told them she was delicate. Look how fast she has run that even my high speed isn’t able to get to her.

“It's dark already, they must have noticed I m gone by now. I shouldn’t stop even I m tired. No one can stop me, no one. Here I m coming to your world humans.”

Is that her? I can now hear and sense her presence too. How can I sense her and hear her at the same time?

Ok!!! she is planning to move to the human world? Perfect plan for any werewolf. she is not a fool after all.

She knows the human world is the safest place for both vampires and werewolves. But who’s gonna save you from me? I will follow you everywhere wolf girl.
