ANOTHER MISUNDERSTANDING
NICHOLAS' POV
Diana quickly hid her phone behind her back as soon as she saw me.
"Y-you're already here?" She stuttered and I could already tell she was hiding something from me.
"Are you alright?" I asked curiously hoping she would tell me the truth.
"Uhmm...of course I am, why are you asking?" She asked in stutters.
"Then why aren't you answering your call?" I asked again and just then the call ended.
"Oh...it has ended." She heaved a sigh of relief.
"Who was that anyway?" I pressured further.
"Are you now monitoring my calls?" She asked out of the blue and I knew she was purposely trying to provoke me so I could stop questioning her. For whatever reason she is hiding her calls from is best known to her so I ignored it as she wanted.
