DIANA'S POV
As he walked towards me, my heart skipped some beats as I thought he might have been listening to my conversation but then it occured to me that I had not said anything important and then I relaxed my muscles when he suddenly pulled into a warm hug.
What's the occasion? For some reasons I can't tell, this hug feels so creepy.
I had to quickly disconnect my call and also drop my phone on the bed before reciprocating his hug.
After a while, he released me from the hug and looked straight into my eyes, his eyes filled with worry.
"How are you doing? Hope you aren't being troubled?" He asked worriedly.
Why has he been so emotional all of a sudden? Something must be off.
"I'm fine Nicholas, what's going on? Is everything alright? Did something bad happen?" I asked curiously as I couldn't think of any better reason for this unexpected and emotion filled hug.
