“It won't happen again, you say?” Harry snarled angrily and raised his hand to strike again but Lincoln moved further into the room and caught his hand mid-air.

“Dad, that's enough,” He said calmly.

“How dare you interfere in this matter?!” Harry growled angrily, snatching his hand away, “I hate incompetence! And he is incompetent!”

“Dad, I was told he wasn't inside the classroom,” Lincoln tried to reason with him, “There was no way for him to know.”

Harry whipped his head to Ana who flinched back.

“And you! I warned you to comport yourself, didn't I?”

Ana averted her gaze to the floor.

“Get the hell out of sight!” Harry shoved Arthur and he reeled backwards.

“Yes, sir.” Arthur bowed down a little before walking out of the room.

Harry spun around and walked up the stairs, “Rahim!”

“Yes, sir!”

“Come with me.”

“Yes, sir.” Rahim trailed behind him

Ana sat still, her eyes still on the floor.

Lincoln walked up to her and sat beside her.

“You okay?”

Ana didn't respond.

“Yo

  • The Way He Looks At Me    Wishing It Was All A Dream

Lincoln sat inside the car and watched as his father and Felix Burns said their goodbyes. The day has eventually come to an end and all Lincoln wanted was to go home and throw himself on top of his bed and wish everything that happened today was just a dream... or a nightmare. They were still saying their goodbyes when Ethan walked over to the car. His heart did a somersault as he saw him coming. Ethan halted by the window and bent his neck, “You have a date with Evie, tomorrow, right?” Lincoln quickly nodded, “Remember my warning. Act aloof and uninterested. I'll be watching. Got it?” Again, Lincoln quickly nodded, avoiding Ethan's eye. Saying he was now terrified of him was an understatement. Ethan stared at him for a while. Then Harry Smith shook hands with Felix Burns and began to walk to the car. “See you soon, Sir,” Ethan said, shaking hands with Harry. “See you later, son.” Harry got into the car, and so did the chauffeur who had been standing outside all along. He

  • The Way He Looks At Me    Deadly Warning & Second Rejection

Lincoln sat still on the passenger seat, still trembling from his discovery as Ethan drove out of the woods. He has stopped apologizing or seeming like he regretted what he did and was sorry. So Lincoln figured he had switched back from his nice personality to his psychopathic personality. “I reckon you've figured it all out,” Ethan said slowly, his voice a sound that set Lincoln's teeth on edge. “About my split personalities. Breathe a word of this to anyone and I make your life more miserable than it already is.” Lincoln gulped. He instinctively knew Ethan wasn't playing! He was dead ass serious! “We’re bound by a contract,” Ethan went in, “You play your role by not engaging with my sister. I keep your secret and anytime, anywhere I need a fuck, you come over and I fuck you. That's all. Till Evie breaks the engagement.” Lincoln stayed silent. “Got it?” Lincoln flinched, “Y-yes,” He stammered, his fist trembling on top of his lap. Split personalities? How is it even possib

  • The Way He Looks At Me    Bad Idea

Ana was drowning herself in the pool of regret, embarrassment and pain as she lay down on her bed and stared up at the ceiling. Her mind kept wandering off to Arthur no matter how hard she tried not to think about him. What came over me last night? She wondered in regret. I literally just embarrassed myself. I don't think I can face him again. Not after what happened last night. Going over to his cabin, forcing myself on him… and then… and then kissing him. Her heart fluttered as she thought of the kiss and her hand moved to her lips. That… was my first kiss. She thought. Definitely not how I expected my first kiss to be. Her face burned with embarrassment and she kicked up her feet. “Argh! Ana, what came over you last night?” She asked aloud, “I ended up embarrassing myself and getting rejected at the same time. How can I face him again?” She sat up and then sighed. Last night, her phone and laptop were confiscated by her father as a part of her punishment for her attitude t

  • The Way He Looks At Me    Three Personalities

Ethan pressed a button which automatically unlocked the door. Lincoln opened the door and sprawled out on the leavy ground as he tried to regain his breath. Ethan stepped down from the car and came over to Lincoln, towering over him. Lincoln felt a chill run down his spine as he stared into Ethan's eyes… they were still void, terrifying and there was now something sinister about him. Lincoln reeled backward, “Look, if it's about what I said… I'm sorry…” Before he could finish his apology, Ethan reached out to his collar and dragged him to his feet. Lincoln gulped, “Oh God! Please…” His voice trembled with terror, “Please… I'm sor…” “Take off your clothes!” Ethan spoke, his voice setting Lincoln's teeth on edge and his eyes widened. “W-what?” Ethan grabbed him by the neck and slammed him against the tree, “I SAID TAKE YOUR FUCKING CLOTHES OFF!” Lincoln's legs felt weak beneath him. He was extremely terrified out of his wits. Ethan might harm him right here if he doesn't ob

  • The Way He Looks At Me    Possessed

Harry Smith and Felix Burns engaged themselves in a mild conversation as they headed to the garage. And trailing behind them were their sons, Ethan and Lincoln. “Not even a glance at me?” Ethan asked. Lincoln pressed his lips in a thin line, refusing to retort as he emotionally and mentally prepared himself for whatever it was that Ethan was planning. “Oh, now you're ignoring me?” He sounded angry, but Lincoln couldn't quite tell if he was really angry. He couldn't even bring himself to turn and stare at him, “Sweet.” “You really love tormenting me, don't you?” Lincoln mumbled under his breath. “Oh yeah. I do,” Ethan responded, “You look cute when you're anxious or nervous.” “All this because you love seeing me in your own words CUTE?” Lincoln asked in annoyance and disgust, his voice as silent as a graveyard, so his father wouldn't hear. “Yes,” Ethan muttered, “You said you preferred me this way.” “By THIS WAY, you mean you acting like the psychopathic monster you r

  • The Way He Looks At Me    Taking The Initiative

Hailey crouched over Evie and shook her a bit, “Hey, wake up.” Evie groaned sleepily and turned to the other side, “Leave me alone.” She muttered groggily. “Hey, wake up, it's morning,” Hailey said, touching Evie's shoulder but she shrugged her off. “Leave me alone,” Evie muttered, “Let me get a little bit of sleep.” “You haven't had enough yet?” Hailey asked, now getting a little frustrated. A thought came to her mind and she got to her feet then went to the large window and drew the curtains. The burning sun instantly shone into the room, directly on Evie's face, practically blinding her. Evie groaned, feeling the burn in her eyes then hurriedly sat up. “What do you want?” She asked, rubbing her eyes, “I'm awake. Happy now?” “Excuse me? You broke into my house last night,” Hailey said, with arms akimbo, “You can't even imagine how terrified I was when I came back from work last night and found a body on my bed. If not for your blonde hair, girl! I swear your father would h
