Violetta's POV

I am so confused. These two men, I feel like I know them. The one has the same hair and eye colour as I do. The other, I feel like I have always known him. Both men are very handsome. I am feeling highly overwhelmed here, I don’t understand what is going on.

“Sir, we are being followed.” I heard the Driver say and I turned around to see a familiar Mercedes following us.

“Oh no, he is coming for me.” I mumbled.

“Who is he little dove?” The blonde one asked.

“He’s, my stepfather. He will kill me if he gets a hold of me. He told me I had to be home by five.” I could feel myself start to shake. How did he find out so soon?

“Let me see your wrists.” The handsome dark-haired man said. I frowned but showed him my wrists.

“Shit.” He said looking at a small scar I had no Idea how I got.

“What?” The blonde asked.

“He’s put a tracker in her, that’s how he found her so fast.”

“What?2 I asked looking at him shocked.

“Vi, Little dove.” He said lifting my chin so he could look into my eyes. “I need you to trust me, I need to remove this tracker so he can’t follow us when we get on the plane?”

“Plane?” I asked shocked. Why was he taking me on a plane.

“Yes, sweet girl we need to take you home where you will be safe, but we can’t keep you safe if the basterd can track you to us. There is only one way to do this, it is going to hurt but I need to get it out.”

“H…h…how?” I stammered. He pulled a knife out of his ankle. My eyes widen.

“Adrien hold her.” He said.

“No…no…no…. no.” I said eyeing the knife. Had I gone from one bad situation to another?

“Violetta, my sweet little sister. Please, this is for your safety, I promise we will never have to do anything like this again, but we need to remove the tracker.” He stroked my hair and a memory of a beautiful woman doing this came to me as I started to settle. This woman, Nee Nee used to do this too me when I was upset and it always calmed me down. I looked at the man who said he was my brother, and he smiled, and I suddenly felt safe as he wrapped his large arms around me. I curled into him, when I felt a sharp pain in my wrist. I screamed out.

“Shhhh Sweetheart, it will all be over with soon I promise.” The dark-haired man said as I sobbed into the other mans chest. “I am so sorry my little dove, I hate to hurt you like this.” I felt his fingers go inside where he cut then I heard him shout. “Got it. He opened the window a little and I peaked to see him throw something small out of the window before he took his tie off and wrapped it around the wound he had made on my wrist. I looked up until our eyes met and I could see pain at what he had done clouding his eyes.

Suddenly we swerved around a corner and followed another car in through a gate. The car in front had Miranda and Vitaly in it. Suddenly a line of other black SUVs blocked the gates and men dressed all in black with sunglasses on all got out and pointed guns at my stepfather.

“Oh my God, he will have them all arrested.” I said as I continued to sob.

“I’d like to see him try.” the man next to the driver said as we pulled up right next to a jet.

“Thank you, Sergei, Thank my uncle as well when you get back.

“No problem, Dimitri, get the Printzessa home where she belongs, we will deal with this idiot.” The man said.

The blonde who was referred to as Adrien got out and lifted me out of the car and up the steps to the plane, the dark-haired man following closely behind Miranda and Vitaly straight behind that. Once we were all on the door was shut and the plane started to taxi straight away.

“We are being told to stay on the ground sir?” The pilot said as he came out from the cockpit.

“Have you responded?”

“No Sir.”

“Good, don’t ignore it and fly. When we are in the air tell them our radio was down.”

“Yes sir.” He went back to the cockpit and with in minutes we were in the air. I sat in the chair fidgeting. Suddenly the man with the dark hair knelt in front of me. He had a green box in his hand. Opening it pulled out some gauze and a bandage.

“Could I properly wrap your wrist now Little Dove?” He asked. I nodded and held out the arm with his tie tied around it. He went to push up my sleeve, but I stopped him. He looked at me before gently removing my hand and pushing the sleeve up. I felt more than saw the anger coming from him when he saw all the scars on my arm. He didn’t say anything, but he unwrapped the now bloody tie and cleaned the wound with some alcohol wipes before putting some gauze over it and gently wrapping a bandage around it and the pulling my sleeve back down. “That will do until we can get you home and get it stitched and looked after properly.”

“What’s going to happen to me now?” I asked them.

“What do you mean?” The blonde one asked.

“Well, he will be after me, I don’t know where I will go.”

“You are coming home with us Printzessa.” He responded. “Back to the family who have been looking for you for the past 17 years. If your contact hadn’t come out this morning and your bosses hadn’t seen your eye’s we would have still been none the wiser of your whereabouts, mother did a good job at hiding.”

“But she said that I wasn’t wanted and that I would be killed if I went back.”

“She lied to you little Dove.” The dark-haired man said. “Your father has been heartbroken since you went.”

“I don’t understand, why would she do that? I know she didn’t want me, but why would she take me then?”

“Because it was revenge.”

“For what?”

“For my dad divorcing her. She wasn’t a very nice woman, and a horrible mother Aunty Nina brought us up more than she did.” The blonde said.

“Nee Nee?” I asked.

“You remember my mother?” The dark-haired one asked with a smile. “You couldn’t pronounce her name, so you called her Nee Nee.”

“I used to dream she was singing to me, I didn’t realise it was real, I thought she was all in my head.” I whispered.

“No, she is real, and she has missed you very much.”

“So, my father wont have me killed for being a girl?”

“Most definitely not.” He smiled. I pondered, I still wasn’t sure what their names where, they had been said a few times, but I wasn’t sure I had them right in my head. “What do you want to ask Solnishko?”

“What do I call you two?”

“Oh, Little Dove, I am so sorry, we never properly introduced ourselves.” The dark-haired man said. “I am Dimitri, and this is your eldest brother, Adrien.”

“Eldest?” I asked looking at Adrien.

“You have three other brothers, Luka Nikoli and Mishka.” Adrien said. “They will all be over the moon when they see you.”

I sat there and thought.

“Little Dove, why don’t you get some sleep, we have a long journey a head of us, and we can see you need to rest.” Dimitri said, I nodded and settled into the seat, it wasn’t long before sleep took over.

VI's POVI sat in my bed, my new puppy, Thistle, was asleep with her head on my lap. I sighed. I was tired, but I couldn't sleep. Everyone had been so nice to me, but then my stepfather was nice to me to start with, what if I annoyed my brothers and they didn't want me anymore, would they send me back to my mother and step father? would the fact I went in to my child like ways cause them to be disgusted with me. I was trying my hardest not to do it, but the nightmares and memories sometimes to cause me to absently fall into that head space."Violetta?" Came a voice, pulling me out of my lost thoughts. I looked to the door to see Aunt Neenee stood there."Why are you crying sweetheart?" She asked as I realised that Thistle was whining. "Are you in pain?""N....no." I lied."Sweetheart, you need to tell us if you are in pain so that we can help you." Neenee said as she sat down next

  • The White Dove   Chapter Thirteen - Therapy-ward bound

Vi's POVI woke up and looked at the ceiling for a moment. After a while, I turned to see Dimitri asleep in the chair by my bed. I smiled, taking in the five o'clock shadow that covered his chin and the mess of his normally perfect hair. It looked like he had spent the night running his hands through it. Asleep, he seemed so innocent. He was a beautiful man, I could admit that. I knew there was something not quite right with me, I knew my brain regressed; my mother used to laugh at me for it, when I would go back into myself. The two women who came to speak to me yesterday explained it was my brain taking me back to a happier time to try to protect me from what was happening. It made sense. The little things I remember from that time, that I thought were just dreams, were likely real, and my brain would take me back to them, and remind me that there was something better out there waiting for me. Suddenly, I heard the door open. I moved my head away from the sleeping man and looked to

  • The White Dove   Chapter 12 - Mafia Wars - Return of the Boss

Dimitri's POVI stood and listened to Violetta giggling as the twins played 20 questions with her. It was so nice to hear her laughing. Since meeting with her mother, I had returned home, showered, and changed before coming here to see her. Her whole face lit up when she laughed, although I noticed that she held her side when she laughed. She didn't let on that she was hurting, which was a clear sign of years of hiding her pain.I watched on as the twins played around, egging her laughter on."She's beautiful isn't she?" Came my mother's voice quietly beside me." I smiled. I turned to face her, Luka stood beside her, his eyes glistened with awe as he watched his sister. He was still yet to meet her, and you could see the nerves running through him."She always was," Luka said."She will love you, Luka." My mother said to him, a hand gently on his shoulder."But I'm a monster." He said."You are not a monster, that woman is a monster, you just serve justice on these monsters."She also

  • The White Dove   Chapter Eleven - Great Questions

Vi's POVI yawn and open my eyes, turning my head, I see Fluffy in the crook of my arm and smile. I noticed the bit where her ear was had been sewn up, and she had a new eye where I had drawn on an eye with a black marker."Hello, Sweetheart. " Auntie Nina's voice came. I turned to see her sitting in a chair beside my bed. I smiled at her. "I hope you don't mind, but I fixed up your teddy a little.""Thank you, Auntie Nina," I said to her when I heard rustling. I looked over to see two men who were identical, fast asleep on the couch in the room. I looked at Nina with a frown. She snorted with a laugh."That is your brothers, the twins." She said as one wiped drool from his chin, and I giggled."Mishka and Nikoli," I said, and she nodded with a smile. "Where are Dimitri and Daddy?""They had some work to do, but they will be here to see you later. So will Luka, who is dying to meet you." I smiled at her. "How are you feeling today?" She asked, holding a cup up with a straw to my mouth

  • The White Dove   Chapter Ten - Don't Torture a Princess

*Warning - use of Torture to follow*Dimitri's POVOnce she was asleep, I stood and left the room, closing the door quietly behind me. Outside the room was my father, who had his arm around my mother, my Uncle Alek, Adrien and the Doctor."What happened?" I asked my mother gently."She picked her glass up. It was slippery from the cold water, and it slipped from her hand and smashed on the table. She froze, her eyes wide, and she looked petrified. Then she put her hand on the table and started to shake before I could get around to her. She had put her palm onto the glass, and a shard got stuck in her hand. Her shaking got worse, and before I could do anything, she fisted her hand around the glass. She was mumbling, it sounded like please no, I'm sorry." Mum said, tears in her eyes. My dad squeezed her shoulder. "I think he cut her. When her hand went to her neck, she was covering a scar there.""He needs to die," I said."Painfully." My father growled."How long until she is here?" My
