Chapter 3

"I won't let you be happy, why should I? I am Zachariah and I have no mercy. I am your mighty God. And whoever messes with me, I'll gonna mess with you back."

I heard Zach talking on the other line. It’s not very loud but enough for me to hear. Who is he talking to? Why they seem to be talking so seriously. I was here at the front of the room and I was about to enter but he shouted.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP, YCSON! I WILL NOT LET HIM GET WHAT I SHOULD OWN! HE SHOULD NEVER TOUCH AN INNOCENT PERSON EVEN KIM! BECAUSE I WILL REALLY KILL HIM!" He uttered angrily on the other line.

Who is Ycson? And who is Kim?

He sigh heavily and speak. "I'll talk to you later. A mice is listening to our conversation." then he ended up his phone.

"Have you been eavesdropping? Eavesdropping is a sin but ignorance is fatal, take your pick." It was as if I had become a rock where I stood. Does that mean he knows I'm here?

"No! I didn't listen to your conversation with the man named Ycson." I covered my mouth. Oh my god! I didn’t mean to say that. Stupid mouth!

"Really? Why do you know who I'm talking to? You sound defensive." He smirked.

"I just guessed." my hands trembled with nervousness. I’m not afraid of him but I’m nervous.

"Tss."

He went straight to bed and lay down. "Go to sleep, lie down on the sofa. I’m not used to having someone next to the bed." I rolled my eyes. Not even be a gentleman. He had a big bed but he made me lie down on the sofa. Fuck his stupidity!

"It's okay, it's embarrassing for me to complain, dear prince." He looked at me with mixed annoyance.

"WHAT?!"

"Aren’t you cleaning your ears and you didn’t hear what I said? I don’t want to repeat what I’m saying." I'm being stubborn again, I don't own this house but I'm even more rude to the owner.

"Don't piss me off or you will lose your virginity." He sarcastically said.

Because of what he said I ran to the sofa and covered my whole body. I think I mentioned all the saints just to get rid of what he said.

"I'll kick your dick, Zach! If you try to touch my body, I'll cut that tonight! Watch my words, Zach!"

"I don't think you can afford to cut it. It’s too big and you’ll have a hard time." He said simply.

"Go to sleep kimora, Mom will come tomorrow so wake up early. Sleeping fat is not allowed here."

Because of what he said, I closed my eyes and just a few minutes I fell asleep.

"Kimora." someone called my name.

"Kimora." I just moaned and back to sleep.

"KIMORA! If you don't get up there I'll kick you hard and pour cold water on you!" Because of what he said I woke up out of nowhere. I looked at the clock and it was eleven o'clock in the morning. I think I had a good night's sleep. I usually wake up at seven o'clock.

I told you last night to wake up early but what? it's eleven o'clock when you wake up. And I even woke you up!" I just looked at him and let him speak. My brain is still on another planet so I don’t have time to answer him back.

"I don't give a fuck." I was shocked by what I said. I don't give a fuck? I was touched my forehead because of that. Another embarrassment in front of Zach.

He looked at me and spoke. " I am leaving now and Mom is coming. Just make sure you respect her as much as you respect my dad." He left and I was left deep in thought. What if Zach’s Mom doesn’t like me?

I finished lunch with Mr. Cosmian and it's a good thing Zybrid isn't here. Because if he was here we might have killed each other.

While talking to Mr. Cosmian a man holding a long gun approached him. "Cronus, Athena is here." I wondered why the man called him Cronus. And who is Athena? Mr. Cosmian just nodded and faced me.

"I know a lot of worms are asking your brain why the man called me Cronus. Our family is a mafia. And you will be a mafia too. Cronus is my Codename so they don't know my real name. Athena is my wife. Her real name is Youeia." I just nodded at what he said because I had nothing to say. Their family is a Mafia. And I'm one of it.

Cronus met Athena and greeted her. "Welcome home, darling! I really missed you!" Cronus kissed Athena on the cheek and Athena's gaze wandered to me. Her eyebrows frowned.

"Uhm, Miss? I think, You need to take the trash and throw it outside. You're the new maid here. So you shouldn't be watching and staring at us, that's bad." She said unkindly to me. I wanted to raise an eyebrow but I knew that wouldn’t help my situation right now.

"Oh, Darling! She's Kimora Galvez. Will be Zach's wife." Her eyes widened and she let go of the sling bag she was holding.

"Are you kidding me, Cronus? This woman who looks like trash? Where did you find that woman ?!"

"Don't talk like that to Kimora, She's pretty and she's kind too." Cronus defending me.

"What if that girl was just chasing Zach for money?!" I saw Cronus clench his fist so I immediately spoke.

"I didn't realize that you're expert with my life and how i should live it. I'm sorry for bothering you, I forgot that I only exist when you need something." I also look bad at her so we measured each other's looks.

"How dare you talk to me like that?!" She was about to explode in anger. The eyes glaze over me and any moment she will tweak me.

"I'm sorry I offended you with my common sense." She was about to slap me but a hand blocked it.

"I know she's stupid, but you can't touch her. Even your fingertips." Zach said coldly. while intently looking at his Mom.

"Stop your craziness Mom! You just hate everything. I'm not happy with what you're up to. You have no right to treat Kimora like this. She's my wife and no one can hurt my wife without my permission!"

Zach pulled me away so I could do nothing. I wanted to pull Athena’s hair but I knew I wasn’t in a position to do that. I was just a humble poor and married to a rich and handsome man. And also lived in a Mafia Family.
