Judas fell asleep with the screen of the security camera in Mavie's room still playing on his tablet. He was awakened by a soft sound of groaning. At first, Judas did not notice that the sound was coming from the tablet right next to his right thigh, where it had slid from his hold before he dozed off that night. He thought he just heard things, but when the groaning sound became somehow strident, Judas focused on listening to where the sound of being in pain was coming from. The more Judas fixed his attention on finding where the sound was from. He found it familiar. Judas searched for the tablet he was holding before he fell asleep and what he saw made him panic. Mavie sighed in relief. "Thank goodness!" she groaned. Ray heard his boss speak over the earpiece he was wearing. "Get the medicine box for her, Ray. She said it's behind the mirror in the bathroom."The assistant had to ask Mavie for formality as he looked around, looking for the bathroom door in the room. “I…. Ahmmm…. I,” Mavie stammered. Ray heard his Boss ask “what?” in a grumpy tone through the earpiece, but he did not mimic the way he received the message. The assistant was torn between these two, but he could not dare voice his displeasure on the flow of events. All Ray could do was give the caregiver a helpless expression. Ray had his back to the camera, so Judas did not see the agony on his assistant’s face during the whole conversation between him and Mavie. How Ray wished they would just do it on their own. But then again, how could he refuse to obey and do as his Boss demands of him?Mavie was also helpless. But what she heard last from the man terrified her. Ray was startled when he noticed his boss got into a car parked right outside the gates. Judas had ordered one of his men to bring a vehicle outside his gates and had its engine started because he would be leaving soon. And it was right where Judas asked it to be when they walked out of his grandpa's house. "Boss…?" Ray called for Judas' attention with hesitations. "What?" Ray started to check the packaging label of the item. He had a picture from Mavie’s stocks and the products that were on the racks. “They have the same packaging, right?” Ray held the pack and showed it to Judas. “This item is the same as the one in this picture, right, boss?”The cashier was watching the only customers he had in the store in the wee hours of the night; two men, as they chose items on the shelves.
