I woke up very early today... I couldn't really sleep though, my mind was in great displeasure all thanks to *Terror* I had made up my mind not to run away from my destiny but become that powerful witch everyone is whispering about. I will make sure the next time I meet with *terror* I will show him what I can be and that he is the one that is of no match with me.I got up from the bed and left my room heading for the training ground with so much agility and positivity.I was practicing all the elements of magic that I have come to learn when Arkalis walked in. "I see that you are here early." He states staring at me curiously."Yes, I am. Besides you did say that you would be doubling my training time. And I'm prepared for that." I said focusing my energy on making a more wider fireball. "Yes I did say that and that's why we can now advance to spells." I stopped what I was doing immediately. "Finally." I replied showing off my white dentures."Come with me." He beckons leaving t
"Banishing negative energy from a house." I read out from my book of spells. Arkalis had a complain from one of the villagers. The man had complained of not making any sales from his shop, and that he has been drowning slowly in debts. Arkalis gave me my first mission, the job of cleansing the villager shop. But when I got there I felt a negative vibe on the man's shop and decided I should instead cast a banishing spell on all negative energy away from the shop. "I will need four black candles, onyx or loderstome or magnetized iron, frankincense or sandalwood incense stick. I need this ingredients to cast the spell, so please get them. I will start the ritual by midnight." I said to the man and he nods his head and exit his shop, while I waited for his return. The man was able to get me the four black candles, onyx, and sandalwood incense stick. I waited till midnight before starting with the ritual of cleansing his shop of all negative energy. I took four black candles and put
Waking up to another blissful morning something I dread doing. I do love waking up, but I hate that I have to learn new tactics on how to not so obviously avoid Christian, and is now very obvious to everyone around us that I am indeed hiding from Christian. Arkalis has unknowingly been helping me keep busy though. The people from the villages have been coming for Arkalis help, and I have been the one tending to their complains. Most times, their complains are stuffs they could handle by themselves, to these people I just end up warning them not to waste the wizard time.In my view i can finally call myself a full witch, but in Arkalis view, he believes that I still have a lot to learn. I can't understand why he thinks that when, he has already stop with all my magic classes. He is now teaching me how to fight, Christian inclusive.Arkalis felt that I might need to know how to fight in case my powers fails me, and he also believes that I might one day need the help of Christian skillf
"Well, I'm definitely going to miss seeing your face around here." The General says. Christian and I, are done with our training and I am ready to fall back on my bed.**************A MONTH BACK**************"You had better have a punch that would impress me witch or you are out of my camp. And also, try not to burn my dummy this time around." The general gave me a stare that says *I am dead serious* He stood besides me and watched me closely. So close... that I could feel his breathe on my arms. I breathe out, took my stance.... I imagined the face of *Terror* packed up a punch and then strike. I stood triumphantly when I saw the dummy's head rolling on the floor."You.... did that... without your power right?" The General stutters staring at the headless dummy in awe."If I had used my air power to knock it off forcefully, then the head of the dummy would be way over there." I pointed far off."And don't you think you would have noticed. Plus I don't like cheating." I added my fac
I know I just wanted to come learn magic, but I have come to love the past. For some reason I'm not ready to head back to the present. Maybe is because I have a family right here in the past, I have Freya and Aria, and also Arkalis who Is the father of my lineage. I have just never experienced much love in my life as I have experienced here.I don't think I can leave the past and just go into the present time, to worsen it all... They would not be able to remember me. I smiled sadly at Arkalis, looking so helpless. I have no say in the matter, this is not where I belong."Don't worry, I would try to keep your memory fresher in my head. I am glad that before I died I did not only meet my offspring from the future but was able to pass on my knowledge of magic to her." He gave me a hug, taking me by surprised. I never thought Arkalis had the spirit of hugging in him."We should go and meet the others." Arkalis walks over to the door and I stood up."Do I have to tell the others. You did
"To my long lost friend who I can't remember.... To the memories I yearn for.... To the love and friendship that is lost...What must I do to get you back....What must I do to feel your true friendship once more." Mrs Becky read from her book, *Poems recorded in historical ages* I don't know why but there was something about this poem that called onto me, it felt like the poets was actually speaking to me."This particular poem was writing by the infamous Aria Stark in the year 15BC." The teacher explains and now I get why the poem was calling onto me. Aria wrote the poem for me."According to Aria, she had this feeling deep down in her that there was a certain person out there in the word she couldn't remember, but felt she had this perfect connection with the person, a true friendship. Maybe a dear friend from her childhood... or someone she had a short encounter with. She couldn't tell. Her very good friend the queen, Freya the first shared In her sentiments. And maybe because of
"Why is she here?" Mrs Grey asked the minute she sets eyes on me, with Britney clinging so tightly to me. Britney had cried, argued, gave me uncountable reasons on why I should bring her along, 90 percent of the reasons didn't make any sense."Because she's my best friend." I replied calmly. "Yes. What she says." Britney giggles, placing her head on my shoulder."I can see she's your best friend, but she is not supposed to be here." Mrs Grey argues frowning. "If I'm going to be wrapped up in the world of magic, I think I will need a reminder of what is like, just living a normal life. Plus, Britney is my emotional support." I concluded. "What she said again." Britney giggles some more. She's really not helping her case right now. "Awwn, I'm your emotional support. That is so sweet." She whispered in my ear, I chuckled.Mrs Grey sighed, "Well, whatever. Just come in, but I do not know if the others would be in support of this." She eyes Britney from head to toe, then sighed again..
"There you are. Do not tell me you are leaving so soon. You just got here." A man I have never seen in my entire life time walked in through the doors of the house."I thought we locked the doors... And who is he?" I asked confused staring at the man concentratedly."Yes we did. And this is your uncle, believe me when I say he is older than he looks." My aunt answered."He is?" The man before me looks so young, he shouldn't be more than thirty."Yes he is. This man over here is over 500hundred years." My aunt replied. I coughed uncontrollably, hitting my chest for the cough to stop.I stared at my supposedly uncle with so much concentration... how is he over 500 hundred years. How is that possible?"It is possible if he used dark magic." My aunt state eyeing him."Seriously Maria you have to stop spilling all my secrets out to her. And yes Anastasia, I am over 500hundred years and yes I did drink an immortality spell." I never knew my aunt name was actually Maria, and I never did ca
