"Bianca, you have to come out now," mom says while she knocked on my door. It's now Sunday and I've been in my room since last night. Thank god for my snack stash I have.

"I'm sick," I say in a raspy voice then fake a cough.

"Bianca Anne," mom sighs and I sit up in my bed, "you need to go to work and get the designs going."

I groan and throw my pillow at the door, "I'll be ready soon." I hear her walk off and I stand up. My neck hurts from the awkward sleeping position I was in and I move it from shoulder to shoulder loosening it up. I head to the bathroom and turn the water on until it is the perfect temperature. I stand under the water for a minute, letting it cascade down my back, warming up my body. I lather shampoo in my hair and make sure the excess is out before I rinse out the shampoo. The conditioner I put it and leave it. Grabbing my strawberry scented soap, I put some on the loofa before scrubbing my body. Once I'm done putting the soap on I rinse off the buds and the conditioner out of my hair. Because I'm in such a crappy mood I skip the shaving for another day and get out. The fluffy white towel makes me a little bit more warm after I stepped into the cold air. My hair I leave down and let it dry that way, I wash my face with my cleanser and head back to my room. My outfit consists of a black pencil skirt that goes to mid thigh, a red blouse that ties around my neck. The sleeves have a slight puff to them but it wraps around my wrists. I tuck it into my skirt before slipping on black heels. Once again I go back to my bathroom and put on quick make up. Just foundation, concealer, nude lipstick, and mascara. I could care less about my hair but I still brush it so it doesn't look so ratted.

I texted Kay after dinner last night and she understood why I didn't want to go out. She said we are going out soon, she still is making me go. "Good you're ready," mom says standing up from her chair in the living room, "lets get to the office."

"You're coming?" I ask as I slip on my black coat. My black Chanel purse and keys are by the door.

"I'd like to see how everything is going," she replies as she follows me out. We get into the car and the first five minutes are quiet. "I'm sorry about last night, I had no idea darling."

"I know mom," I tell her as I turn off my turn signal. "This is just a lot to take in. Oliver just broke up with me and next thing I know I'm engaged to a stranger."

"At least he is cute," mom grins and I roll my eyes.

"Maybe a little bit more than cute," I grin back and hers turns into a smile.

"He seems like a good man for you," she says and I take a deep breath, that's what I thought about Oliver. "If it helps, I know your father only put up with Oliver for you. He hated that boy."

I look over at her quickly in shock before I look back at the road, "why?"

"He just didn't believe that Oliver was good enough for you," mom answers and I reply with a curt nod. Soon enough we reach the office and I pull into the parking deck. I park in my reserved spot before we both get out. We head to the elevator then upstairs to my office. Last night I had sent out an email to my faculty saying I needed the designs Monday, mother's orders. Many of the employees at AG Fashion have been here and were employed by my mom. Mom started her company before she met dad. She only had it for three years before she married my dad. That's why there is a G for Gray instead of a H.

"Welcome back Mrs. Harrison," my assistant smiles as we walk past her desk. She always makes my calls to my mom when it's business. I hate talking business with my mom, well just business in general.

"Hello Isabelle," mom replies before we go into my office. I notice a file on my desk and I open the folder. There is a small stack of designs, Isabelle must've brought them in here.

"Looks like we already have quite a few done," I mumble to myself as I look through the designs. It's for our spring collection, and my team has done a great job. The design on top is gorgeous. Its a white skater skirt, a long sleeve off the shoulder light pink top, black tights, and white ballet flats. The corner has a signature, obviously it was made by Taylor. She is one of the new designers, she was hired five months ago, only recently graduating. Taylor is super shy but has amazing talent she will always be with this company as long as I'm around.

"That's amazing," mom says as she picks up the paper, "did Tatiana make this?"

"Taylor Piper," I tell her as her eyes scan the paper, "she was hired five months ago, right out of college. She is amazing."

"She is," mom nods in agreement. "I'd like to meet her. Call her in."

"If she is here," I tell mom as I pick up the phone on my desk. I call Isabelle to go get her, luckily she is here. "Don't be to over the top mom, she's very shy."

After a few minutes, mom has looked through designs and has thrown a couple out. "Miss, Taylor is here," Isabelle says through the phone.

"She can come in," I reply before I set the phone down once again. I hear my door open and Taylor walks in. She's absolutely beautiful, but I don't think she knows it. She's taller than me, around 5'8. Her long auburn hair is naturally curly and goes to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a bright green and she has freckles all across her cheeks.

"It's wonderful to meet you Taylor," mom says and it looks as if Taylor's eye pop out of her head.

"Y-you as w-well Mrs. Harrison," Taylor stutters and I grin at her shyness.

Mom stands up and walks over to her. "You are a very beautiful girl Taylor," mom says and I see Taylor's face flush.

"Thank you," she says shyly.

"You'll be the model for this outfit," mom tells her holding out Taylor's design, "I will give you further information about it soon."

"Really?" Taylor smiles when she looks at her design, "t-thank you Mrs. Harrison. I have no idea what to say."

"You don't need to say anything," mom smiles at her, "I'd like you to continue making designs like this."

"Of course ma'am," Taylor says and hurries out of the room.

"Model?" I ask with a smile as I display designs across my desk.

"She has a model's body," mom shrugs as she puts the design on top of the folder, "besides she'd look best in it, I can tell."

"Looks like she'll need an agent soon," I joke as I stack the ones that I'm not keeping. "We need ten more designs."

"Tomorrow I expect them to be done," mom says sternly, "I need to get all the designs from all over approved." Mom has each country design their own spring selection, she believes that they should be able to make something that they'd actually wear. Not something that is just trending in America. Of course mom just chooses the top designs from each country by putting the twenty designs from each office in that country. It's actually quite complicated so I won't go into it. "Oh, Leon is here waiting at the front," mom speaks up and my eyes widen.

"What?" I choke out and she rolls her eyes.

"You two are choosing a house today," mom tells me, "your father and Liam have chosen three for you two to choose from."

"We aren't just living in his flat?" I ask and mom shakes her head.

"You two need a home if you are going to be married," mom says and I sigh. Marriage doesn't seem right.

"Alright," I say and put my purse back on my shoulder. I toss my keys to her and tell her to be careful with my baby. "See you at home."

I head down the elevator to the main floor. Once the elevator doors open I walk out the front door and see a charcoal grey Tesla Model 3. The window rolls down and Leon bends his down so I can see him, "Lets go!" he calls at me and I get out of my phase. Oh how I want this car.

"When did you get this?" I ask as I touch the dashboard.

"My car?" he asks and I nod as I look around. This looks better than my Tesla. "A month or so ago."

"I wish I could have it," I say as I buckle up. "Mines a Model X."

"You have a Tesla?" He asks in shock and I nod back confused "Who knew you would have one."

"Excuse me?" I ask and look over at him.

"You are just a daddy's girl, I can tell. Besides I didn't think fashion designers wanted Teslas," he says and I glare at him.

"Just because I design clothes doesn't mean I'm a girly girl," I say and cross my arms over my chest.

"Alright love," he chuckles, his accent showing.

God, British accents are my new weakness.

"Hey Nara," he mumbles with a boyish grin, one hand on the nape of his neck and the other in his leather jacket pocket. He was always up for riding his motorcycle, said the leather jackets were just a plus. "Will," I practically growl, "Why the hell are you here?" "I need to talk to you," he says and I go to shut the door. He stops it with his hand that was previously on his neck, "Please Nara. Just hear what I have to say." "Why should I do that?" I snap, "you never did for me." "I am going to apologize for everything Nara," he replies, "please just give me a chance." "You know I don't believe in second chances," I mutter, "it leads to nothing but trouble." "Believe me, I know," he says, "but I'm not asking you to take me back. Just to hear me out." "I have a party to get ready for," I mumble and walk away, starting my way to my room. I hear the door shut, hoping he left but my

Mom and Dad decided they wanted to have a graduation party for me, saying they love how I got my business degree, I want to be an interior designer. She has flour handprints all over it from patting her hands clean, "you do realize the party is in an hour right? You still need to get ready." "It's almost one already?" Mom asks shocked as she sets the spoon in the bowl, "shoot! Can you please fin

"I now introduce you all to the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Patten!" The priest announces and everyone cheers. I give Selena back her bouquet and she happily walks down the aisle with her husband. I follow behind her with Zeke, his best man. "I feel bad for you Nara," Zeke jokes as we continue to walk, "Ryan is officially your brother now." "I know," I fake groan, "my life get worse by the day." "Aunt Nara! Aunt Nara!" A squeal comes from behind us. I glance back to see my nephew, Drake. He's two and is the cutest little boy ever. He has his mom's fiery red hair and his dad's brown eyes. "Where's your Dad Drake?" I ask as he walks with us down the aisle. "Back der," he says and points behind us, "he is loud." "Believe me I know," I chuckle and we are at the end of the aisle. "I'm sorry Nara," Cara apologizes as she picks up her son, "he's been very energetic today." "It's

Three weeks later "Calm her curls Mom," I say as Ellie sits in front of my vanity. Mom grabs a bottle and starts to work on Ellie's hair. I go to my bathroom and start on my makeup. I already did my hair while Mom did Ellie's makeup. Ellie's Mom died when she was eight so she never really had a mother figure in her house, but whenever she came here my mom would treat Ellie as one of her own. "Your dresses are laid out in the guest room," Mom tells us as she leaves my room. I grab my phone and realize that we have to leave in ten minutes. I drag Ellie to the guest room and throw her dress at her. I slip on my dress and Ellie does as well. I slip on a pair of white platform heels and Ellie puts on a pair of silver pumps. Mom got each of us a new clutch, mine a dull red and Ellie's is silver with navy accents. "They are here to pick you up!" Mom calls and that's our cue to go downstairs. At the door my dad is talking wit

"Hows this dress?" Ellie asks as she twirls out of the changing room. I roll my eyes and and she raises her eyebrows waiting for a response. "I told you," I sigh, "you are trying way to hard, just find something you like. Or you can have my mom make you one." "I said I'm not having her make me one if I can't pay for it," she replies and pulls the end of the dress down, "I guess this dress is a little short." "You guess right," I reply, "now change back. We are going somewhere else." She knows not to question me because o won't give it. She heads back in and changes into her clothes, leaving the dress in the changing room. We go out to my car and I drive off. Ellie switches the radio station and Halo by Beyoncé comes on. We both smile before we start to scream the lyrics. I turn down the busy city street and wait through traffic, which sucks. "Selena I said no," Ellie groans as I pull in front of my mom's bu

"She was just gone?" Austin says and I nod, "ooh man. That sucks hard." A quick image flashes through my mind causing my to smirk but it quickly falls. "Believe me it does," I groan and lean back in my chair. "Mr. Bailey, I expect you to be quiet while I'm teaching," Professor Ulrik says. "Sorry Professor," I say and continue to draw circles on my notebook. I turn back to Austin and whisper, "girls are being annoying as fuck to me lately." "I know, first Jenna now Cara," he replies and glare at him, "sorry bro but she was like your first serious girlfriend." "Cause I thought she wasn't a hoe," I scoff, "looks can be deceiving, so can words." "That's why I'm not settling down yet," he smirks, "I'm finding out which girls are hoes are not. Perfect plan." "All while you are being a hoe," I chuckle but cover it with a cough as our Professor looks up. "That's it for class

This chapter gets very mature~~~ "Slow the fuck down," Austin says as he hits my head. "Shut the fuck up Austin," I groan and down another shot, tequila just like my mom. "Miles, man the fuck up," Austin practically demands as he forces me to stand. "You two," Fiona says sternly, "stop saying 'fuck' and come dance with me." Austin and Fiona are my two closest friends. I've known Austin since third grade and we met Fiona in high school. We've been pretty close since, we are even at the same college, NYU. I thought senior year was going to be pretty laid back but no, it's fucking April and I'm so fucked up in my head. I can't believe I'm letting this get to me. "Forget about her tonight Miles," Fiona smiles as she wraps her arm around mine, "there is a pretty red head over there." "Can't argue with that," I mutter as I glance at the red head who is swinging her hips to th

"Xavier! Stop running!" I yell as I chase after my son. He turned two last week and thinks he's in charge of everything now. He gets to tell Jaden and I when his bedtime is and when he thinks he should take a bath. He's also starting to say no to the clothes we try to change him into to. "Not hungry Daddy!" He squeals as he runs around the couch. "It's dinnertime bud," I tell him, "you don't want mommy upset because you won't eat her food." He stops running and looks at the doorway to the dining room. He glances at me before he sprints to the table and climbs up on to his booster seat. I roll my eyes as he smiles at his mom, who walks in with a bowl of spaghetti. "Alec, can you get the parmesan?" She asks as she sets the bowl on the table. I walk past her, kissing her cheek, before I get into the kitchen. I bring it back out and she smiles. "Thank you. Now sit so we can eat." I sit in my seat and take a plate for myself. After
