Get down on her knees

Deborah's eyes widened at Mr. Wilson's words. Then a few seconds later, her lips formed a hard line as she realized the truth. A wave of cold anger settled in her eyes. She saw Damion smile in his seat from across the aisle, enjoying watching her getting furious.

"This is not possible; it must be a mistake!" Deborah stated angrily.

"It's no mistake, Your Honour. You see, we have documents here that state the transfer of those properties and company to Mr. Grimes from his father." Mr. Wilson explained, gesturing at a folder in front of him.

Deborah clenched her fists and watched the lawyer pull two pieces of paper from the folder and hand one to the Judge before pointing to another piece of paper, "As you can see right here that Mr. Briggs signed this, and his lawyer is here to testify of this claims. Everything he has is now in his son's name. If Deborah wants them, she might have to get down on her knees and beg the man himself."

"You are lying!!" She shouted.
