Bruno and I got to the stream. The instant I got out of the car, I caught my mate's scent. She is here.

"Ria?!!"

I called her name.

Bruno and I parted ways to look for her, since the stream was vast. "Ria?!"

I finally saw her after moving further. My mate was there, lying on her stomach.

"Ria?!!" I ran to her,

'Come back Bruno, I found her.' I said to Bruno through my mindlink, carried her up in my arms, back into the car.

I don't know what the vampire did to her, but I am sure he had done something terrible. She was itching her neck, grabbed onto my arm, snuggling as if I was going to leave her. "Dante?" She called.

I quickly took off my shirt and wore it on her. Her icy cold body got me terrified for a while.
