New to the family

Alpha Aiden left the room in a flash and my legs gave away, falling on my knees.

My heart kept twitching in pain, 'why did you not stop me?!' I asked Rei, sobbing hard.

"I swear, I didn't know, I too thought it was just a dream," She said with a whine but her reason was not enough to stop my aching heart.

"Please don't cry Rose, I'm sorry" She tried to calm me, but the past that was haunting me once again came to the front, suffocating me, making me cry even harder to the point I couldn't take anymore but curl to the ball on the floor.

I sobbed forever until my eyes dried up with no tears left to cry, I slowly got up and walked to the bathroom to wash my face, trying to wash my misery off my face but nothing worked.

I walked out of the room and to the second floor where I knew everyone would be, just as I thought, the family was sitting around the table, except there were a few additions to it.
